So ok I went online to compare my Energy, I've been with British Gas for the last two years since I moved to this address this year their prices increased so I decided to go with Sse.On the 30th June they E.mailed me with a quote,i left it at that thinking they will get i touch with my previous supplier.When i didn't hear anything i decided to call them first the lady said that they are only supplying me with electricity and not the gas.That was strange because the quote the send was for both. Then i asked her that my other supplier is providing my energy until the 31st of august and if i leave before that I will have to pay £30.00 each for electricity and gas and ask her to start the supply in august, she said she can not change the date and if i wanted to cancel I would have to pay£75.00 Because i was leaving early lol. She gets all cocked up and started blaming me, so don't be fooled by these guys. SoI have to go and look for some other supplier

We were already paying a very high…
We were already paying a very high price for our electricity supply, however, when Scottish Power decided to increase my monthly bank standing order by £10.00, I knew it was time to find a new supplier. Free Price Compare provided an excellent service, and made the whole process hassle free. I saved a total of £ 375 on my electricity bill. I would definitely recommend using Free Price Compare.

Funny how they acknowledge and reply to the good reviews but fail to reply or address any issues with the negative reviews. Just goes to show what their customer service is really like!
Reply: you advertise cashback incentives to promote your services but dont follow up and payout on those cashback incentives. The negative reviews prove that this is common practice for freepricecompare. Well over a year now since I switched using you!!
