I have placed six orders with this company since June 2021. Plants normally arrive within a couple of days and in a very healthy condition. Delivery on one order earlier this year was delayed by Royal Mail and some plants had wilted and 2 of the 10 subsequently died. No problem - the plants were replaced, and not just 2 but 5. When these in turn did not turn up, Jack Haffner arranged yet another delivery. Their customer service is excellent I highly recommend this company for their weekly choice of plants, including their free plants and for their customer service.

Ordered 6 free chrysanthemums and paid for delphiniums, carnations and petunias. Fast delivery, healthy looking plants of a decent size- and a posting label to send back the packaging for reuse. Very impressed.

The flowers I received were so so tiny, just tiny seedlings. The strawberries were really small as well, I assumed well-rooted meant they were a year old However these grew so big and had really good crops a year after! - Edited 2023

I always love ordering from this company, knowing the plug plants will arrive well grown and in good condition. They really do offer free plants, and there have been times that's all I've ordered and just paid postage. But all too often the range that week draws me in to buying good quality, great value plants. Can't wait to order again.

Been dealing with this company for the free plants and purchased plants for a long time and never had any problems. If something dies I have contacted them and they have replaced them, no problems, and they usually arrive the next day. Also send back the empty packages so that they can be reused and this keeps the costs down.

Bought some plugs from here, arrived in time, but they have all died, rather disappointed was looking forward to my plants blooming in the summer but will have to go buy more.

Ordered plants from this company on 22nd September PayPal would not accept company details so paid by bank card They took 2 amounts of money from me after I checked my outgoings with online banking the company refunded me £4.99p keeping £6.59p ..I have sent 3 emails keep getting different excuses.no delivery drivers no petrol for delivery but will not refund the £6.58p I have received other orders placed with other online company on same day so do not see what the problem is.surely a company has delivery service absolute disgraceful will never use this company again

Freeplants.co.uk, gives free plants every Monday and one postage no matter how many plants you buy, can not fault them ordered twice now first order arrived well packaged and nice big healthy plug plants, this is the biggest plugs i have ever had by ordering on line, waiting my second order just done, and i`m sure i will be just as happy give them a look up and get your free plants and order you will love this company
