Unauthorized debits and unwanted service registrations
I was repeatedly subscribed to paid services without my consent. I noticed unauthorized charges for cloud storage and data packages I never ordered. This happened multiple times, and I only found out by checking my bills. Totally unacceptable and feels like a scam. Avoid!

Freenet has good offers but seems to have hidden charges. Before you know it, they are already in your bank account multiple times per month debiting different amounts. Some products/services are being imposed on customers and if you are not vigilant, you would be paying for products/services you never booked or you are not using.

They are deceivers! STAY AWAY from this company, they have been charging us with 30€ every month for services we haven’t used and were offered to us via phone call, certifying they were free of charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Total scammers! We have paid all our money to them! 😭😭😭

I was first was annoyed why no one has informed me about this extra money 3,99€ I am supposed to pay every month.
Like waking up, and you find your money deducted, it's very disgusting.
But a colleague was very friendly, helpful and put my request of ending this service into consideration.
I would request freenet to only work upon some technical issues with Internet, especially evening times. ALSO inform fully how much we're supposed to pay in advance, instead of after 2 weeks, you receive a bill, after other 2 weeks , another bill. I really don't understand this. I am new, I need to learn everything, how everything works with Internet so that I can recommend other people.
Otherwise, the team members know exactly what they are doing. I give you flowers.
