As first-time buyers, we were nervous about the process, but F&G guided us every step of the way. They were incredibly responsive, always answering our many questions in 'plain English' and never making us feel pressured. They even pointed out potential flaws in properties that we would have missed. We’re now settled in our dream home and couldn't be happier with the service we received thank you again Karen for all you assistance.

I recently sold my house through Freeman & Grey and the service was brilliant from start to finish. After a terrible experience with Connells, I went with Freeman based on recommendations — and I’m so glad I did.

Karl was fantastic in getting everything set up and priced right, and thanks to the team, our house sold after just one weekend of viewings. Caroline also did a great job representing us.

But the real standout was Karen. Our buyers’ solicitors were incredibly difficult — poor communication and constant delays — but Karen was relentless. She kept everything moving, fought our corner when it mattered, and took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders. Honestly, we couldn’t have got through it without her.

Huge thanks to the whole team, but especially Karen — you’re an absolute legend. We’ll be recommending Freeman & Grey to everyone.
