I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible work being done by Free IT Stafford. They provide a truly invaluable service to the community, driven by a team that generously volunteers their time and technical expertise. Not only are they making a massive environmental impact by rescuing unloved computer equipment from going to landfill, but they are also actively bridging the digital divide. They take the time to carefully repair and repurpose these devices, ensuring they go to individuals, families, and organisations who are in real need of IT access. It is an outstanding initiative run by wonderful people.

388 Squadron, the RAF Air Cadets, serves as a youth charity that provides training to those aged 12-20 in the Stoke-on-Trent area. Our unit is expanding rapidly, increasing our dependence on computers and laptops to enhance the cadet experience. From our initial interaction, Free I.T. showed a strong willingness to assist and promptly supplied us with six fantastic all-in-one desktop PCs that were immediately put to excellent use. Their eagerness to support our cause continues as we anticipate future collaborations to boost our stock of laptops and tablets. We're incredibly grateful to everyone at Free I.T.!

I have been using Free IT Stafford for over 6 months, and can honestly say, their service is exceptional. I work with the unemployed to help them get back in to work, and to have access to a laptop is life changing for them, and allows them to apply for work, and carry out online training. It is not unknown to order a laptop from them, and to receive it the same day! Fantastic people, and they do it on a voluntary basis!!!

Free I.T Stafford are a wonderful organisation who have helped to provide digital access for our participants. They have aided 50 people in accessing technology to support their learning and development, and access the job market.

I contacted Free IT Stafford requesting laptops for New Pastures Housing Association - a charity who provide supported accommodation to vulnerable individuals with complex needs. The idea was that these laptops would be located at each of our sites so that tenants would be able to use them to access online learning material, look for work etc. Free IT Stafford have been absolutely fantastic. I had the pleasure of dealing with Neil who kept be updated on the process from start to finish. Turnaround time was very quick.

We are a non-profit supporting disabled adults experiencing hardship and isolation. I emailed Free IT and within a week had the laptops in my hand. They are all in great condition and the whole process was simple with no great hoops to jump through. Our laptops will be used by volunteers and our disabled adults to be able to support our work or have vital access to online services. Thanks you so much for your hard work and willingness to help!

I was informed by a Staffordshire County Council colleague of the great service and opportunity for access of a refurbished Laptop. Neil was fantastic. I explained my role with working with young people an within a short period, I was supplied with a laptop. The young person young person was over the moon with it ! Wonderful service !

We were so fortunate to access this wonderful team of IT guys who are not only passionate about their work but show that passion in helping charities and the local and wider community. Like so many small charities we are finding it hard to keep our nursery group open with the ever rising costs. Our very old and well loved IT equipment was failing us until this team came along and rescued them. The children and staff are now enjoying access to faster and usable computers thanks to this team. We at St Peters Pre-school send our heartfelt thanks to all involved in Freeitstafford.

Thank you so much to Free I.T. Stafford for donating and setting up new desktop PCs and laptops for Stafford and Rugeley Sea Cadets. We now have functional computers which are more then fit for purpose which will benefit our cadets for years to come

As trustees of @21,The Young Peoples' Place, Leek we were delighted to have been recommended Free IT Stafford. They have provided us with reconditioned laptops and a Canon printer. This means that the young people are able to do their homework, research projects and play games when they visit the drop in centre. Some of the young people do not have access to IT equipment at home so having this equipment at the premises is really beneficial.

Chuckle Productions is a non-profit organisation based in Stone, we run an Arts based Training Programme for young people with additional needs. We really needed some IT equipment to increase accessibility for our students, so we asked FreeIT and they very kindly gave us some iPads, tablets and computers for our students. Thank you so much! These fabulous folk have helped to upgrade all of the pcs and laptops used at 196 Walsall RAF Air Cadets. Our cadets can now easily access online learning to help work towards their final BTEC qualification. We can't thank them enough for their support.

Rusty Road 2 Recovery is a not for profit CIC in Somerset, we contacted Freeitstafford to ask if they could supply us with a laptop for our office as our old one had died. A few days later a lovely laptop arrived in the post, perfect for our office. Thank you so much , you would not believe how much help this will be!!!

We are are new independent school for young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties and Free IT Stafford donated 12 refurbished PCs to help us start our IT suite. Many thanks for your help!
