Still No Planner - but they have my $$$

I ordered a custom planner Dec. 29th, 2025 & now, 3 months later still don't have it. Freedom Mastery has my money & I have no planner. Didn't expect it in Jan. since it was a custom order. Finally on Feb. 5th received an email saying my planner was ready for shipping. 2 weeks later I start emailing them & was told the courier have a back up due to Chinese New Year holiday. It is now April & still no planner.

Nice marketing, bad support and product

I purchased an agenda which was shipped to Italy from the Chinese warehouse, it took 6 weeks to realize that the agenda was sent back and once contacted the support I was told it could not be sent back as it was damaged. So I had to change the type of agenda because the previous one was not available anymore. The new agenda took another 3 weeks to arrive, I ordered the agenda end of November and arrived in March, so I wasted nearly 3 months of use, but I guess things happen sometimes. I have always purchased Freedom Mastery for its contents, after 2 weeks of use the back of the agenda breaks off, showing that the amount of paper used to hold the outer frame with the internal agenda was basically none. To be honest I was fed with this and I purchased a competitor agenda, reading reviews more rugged then freedom mastery. I guess that when you start mass producing in China without a good quality control, this sort of things happen, so I ask for a refund. After days the support replies saying that they cannot process a full refund for AN ALREADY DELIVERED ITEM, but they can offer a replacement. Considering that any item will be delivered at a certain point, I am guessing if they can offer a refund at all to any customer and if their claim "30-days money back guarantee" is just nice marketing working. Good words in the agenda, quite awarage product and low support.

Shady business!

Shady business!! I ordered back in November. Never got it! They lied and says it “got lost in transit” when I asked for the tracking number. Nothing! Bad business! They don’t want to fulfill or refund. You will certainly get the run around. RUN.

Submitted an order back in October…nothing

Submitted an order back in October still nothing received. They even lied to my bank about fulfilling my order and marking it as complete. I am so upset as I was so looking forward to this planner.

DO NOT WASTE YOIR MONEY THIS IS NOW A SCAM ONLY AND THIS COMPANY HAVE NO INTENTION OF DELIVERING WHAT THEY PROMISE

if anyone knows a way to get my money back please tell me as im at a loss. How this robbery can happen is beyond me

Freedom Mastery Planners

I placed my order in early December and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent so many emails requesting an update and am still awaiting a response.
I’ve been using the planner for years but normally order through Amazon rather than directly from the website. This time I ordered directly from the website.
It’s totally disgraceful customer service. I can see many other customers have placed orders and not received the product. I will be submitting a formal complaint and requesting a refund.

Several chasers and no order received

Several chasers and no order received. Customer service is rude and uses condescending tone in emails when asked for an update for an order you spent yiur money on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Unnaceptable

Two orders (#79514 and #79515) were placed and fully charged at the beginning of January.
Since then, no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, no delivery, and no response to multiple emails sent to customer service.
Being charged without receiving any items or updates, and being completely ignored, is unacceptable.
I would strongly advise against ordering from this website.

Unreceived order, complete lack of customer service

On January 10, 2026 I submitted 2 orders. One was order number 79675 this was for a spiral bound planner. I then ordered order number 79676 ( happy life planner). This was supposed to be a planner with the decal in pink. I received an update fairly quickly in my shop app for the happy life planner stating that it was in its way. I received no update in regard to the spiraled planner. I emailed the company asking for an update in regards to the spiral planners order and did not receive a return response.on January 14 I received my package for order number 79676 (happy life planner) however I received an entirely wrong planner. On this state, I emailed freedom mastery, making them aware of the mistake and again no return email. On 1/17/26 I emailed yet again about the lack of information regarding my order number 79675 and the wrong planner received for order number 79676… do you think I’ve received a response? Nope. Nope.Nope. I am intensely disappointed by the lack of customer service with this company. I am incredibly disappointed in the fact that there is no customer service telephone number to call. I am left in unresponding email limbo with this company. I would give them a zero star if I could. Do yourself a favor and order your planner elsewhere.

Service was horrible

Service was horrible, and they did not fill my order. Charged me for 2 planners as the one I ordered was out of stock. And never responded to my follow-up requests for an explanation and resolution. Great planner, bad processes. Couldn't get to a real human, only the chatbot, and I tried multiple times. As a long-term customer, I am very disappointed.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I simply wanted to exchange a planner that I got for Christmas. My husband ordered it in early December. It didn't arrive until Dec 30. He had ordered the wrong one and I went to the website to do a live chat to find out how to exchange. The offices must have been closed (no idea why, it wasn't the holidays anymore) and I got a response that someone would get back with me. No one did. 2 days later, I went to the website and sent an email to customer service. They opened a ticket for me, about 10 days later, they said if it was within 30 days of purchase, I could return my product (I had in the meantime ordered the one I wanted as I thought that may be quicker) so now my exchange became a return. They sent a form to fill out, which I did within 6 hours of receiving it. Now they have gone completely silent.
I agree, the company is falling apart. I've ordered this planner for years. No longer. I'm done. They cannot even help someone with an exchange.
Their planner all about positivity and good frequency has caused me all sorts of negative feelings-- how ironic!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have no customer service and do not ship product. Once they have your money, they go silent. BUYER BEWARE. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are going after them for a refund.

Planner order, Customer service, Scam??

I found out that a few people, me included, ordered those beautiful planner to start this year in style. now is mid January and we all are still waiting for a note from them or - indeed the planner!!
Zero customer service, no offer of refund, I hope they come good for all of us, it's a shame as they advertise with mindfulness and good intentions!!

Unfortunately I also didn’t receive my planner. Ordered October 12th. At first when I contacted them I got a response promising it was coming soon. Now they are ghosting me. My suspicion is that the company has fallen apart which is too bad. Still receiving automatic emails asking me to buy though! lol

I have had a similar experience (almost exact) as the other reviewers here. I looked back and I bought my 1st planner from this company in 2020, and this would have been my 6th year. Out of the 6 years of purchases, I've purchased direct from the company 5 times and amazon once. The most recently purchase was from Oct 15th 2025 for a customized planner. The expectation was that it would be shipped in mid November. When I received an email notifiying me on November 17th that my order had shipped, I was excited, and then everything changed. The order didn't ACTUALLY ship. A ups label was created and it was stuck in pending status. I patiently waited, and then finally reached out via "support" ( use that term loosely because they actually haven't been supportive, more acurately they have been gaslighting) and they told me "Not to worry the planner will be shipped soon" Weeks went by and I reached out again (I have reached out a total of 5 or 6 times and have the email documentation as proof. The most recent time they stated that they experience unexpected issues with the carrier they chose to use, and that a new order would be placed and I would be provided shipping information. That was 10 days ago as I write this now, and no new order number has been provided and no tracking information for said order.

They have been successful in providing false information and false expectations to ever receive this product. I doubt I will ever receive it. If I do I will come back and notate that here. Meanwhile, they have lost my business (and it looks like many other people feel the same) and I will be ordering a different planner from another company, which breaks my heart because I truly loved this planner.
Lastly, I asked in my last email if I could speak to the owner of the company (as his customer service is being handled by someone else) and they did not connect me to get my concerns heard. I hope that he reads these reviews and realizes that the integrity of his company is quickly being lost.

****Updated 1/7/26***** I have received an email today acknowledging that there was an issue with production, which now seems resolved, and the planner I ordered is now in route to me. I am satisfied with the response, and it seems that there were issues with this first time launching this option to their customers. I wanted to provide a fair and honest update regarding the matter. I am dissapointed that I had to purchase another planner due to the uncertainty of if I was ever going to receive the 1st one, now I will have 2 and only need one. None the less, here we are, and atleast the issue has been resolved.

Ordered on Oct 1, still haven’t received. Horrible service

Ordered on Oct 1, still have not received. I have submitted multiple tickets that have either been closed or responded to with no real resolution. At the beginning on December they stated it was a problem with the shipping company and the would switch it to another carrier but it is still showing with the original company as “processing” they take multiple days to respond to tickets if they respond at all.
Don’t get me wrong, the planners are great but give your money to amazon. It’s half the cost and at least you will actually receive your item.
Horrible service and I will never order from them again

Only Order from Amazon

These planners are outstanding, unfortunately the company is disorganized, dishonest and dismissive when you complain.

I ordered a custom planner at the start of October, was told 7 days to create planner, 45 days from date of order to receive it. Its almost Christmas and they still haven't shipped it yet. I contacted them numerous times and just keep being told 'it will be shipped soon'. They sent me a photo of my completed planner over a month ago and they still haven't shipped it. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me since its been months and its not even shipped yet, they refused.

I could order one from Amazon and have it in 4 days (shipped by Amazon, not these jokers) if you really want one of these planners (and like I said they are amazing quality) save yourself the stress and order it from Amazon. I've had to file a complaint with my financial institution to recover my money.

Incredible Product, But This Year Missed the Mark

I’ve used Freedom Mastery planners for five years straight—this year would have been my sixth. Let me be very clear upfront: the planners themselves are excellent. Thoughtful, well-designed, powerful tools for mindset, productivity, and personal growth. When they arrive, they are absolutely worth owning.

However, this year’s experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.

I placed my order on September 25, fully aware and accepting that it would ship later in the year. That part was never an issue. What has been an issue is that once the planner shipped, it has now been “in transit” for 27 days with no delivery and no clear resolution.

I filed a BBB complaint after weeks of no movement. The response I received was essentially that I have to wait until the package is considered “lost”—but no one can tell me what that timeline actually is. There has been no clear policy communicated, no proactive solution offered, and no accountability for how long a loyal customer is expected to wait in limbo.

What’s especially frustrating is that the response implied this is an isolated incident. Based on community conversations and BBB activity, it does not feel isolated—and after five years as a repeat customer, that dismissal stings.

To be honest:
• The planners are amazing
• The planners are worth the money
• But the current fulfillment and customer service experience is not worth this level of stress or uncertainty

I wanted to write this review because I want this company to succeed—and to do better. Loyal customers deserve transparency, clear timelines, and communication that doesn’t make them feel like they’re the problem for expecting a product they paid for.

I truly hope Freedom Mastery addresses their shipping and customer support processes, because the product deserves better than the experience surrounding it.

Heavily marketed, doesn't live up to the hype

When you pay $30++ for a notebook, you don't expect it to be 5 years old!!! I bought a planner in 2025 and received an item for years 2020-2023!!! No response from the support even though they heavily promote caring about customer satisfaction. Disappointed! There are so many amazing items out there and this is just a heavily marketed scam.

Law of attraction planner

I bought this planner in London a few months ago, and am just about to use it. Love its structure, but when I visited the website to use its freetools for help, all I got was nothing helpful,but sales pitches for their products. 😞
I shall have to Google to get the help I need elsewhere.
