Mutual Funds & Building A Retirement Plan

It was an excellent session on Retirement Planning, providing valuable insights into building a secure financial future. Using a retirement planning calculator, Modit Sir clearly explained how to estimate the required retirement corpus by factoring in elements such as inflation and current living expenses.

He also shared effective mutual fund investment strategies to help achieve the target corpus. The session included a detailed overview of various mutual fund categories, including Balanced Funds, Balanced Advantage Funds, Arbitrage Funds, and Equity Savings Funds. Additionally, he provided guidance on selecting appropriate funds based on risk-reward ratios, making the session both comprehensive and practical.

Plan For Monthly Income After Retirement

This session gave better clarity on investing in 5 star Flexi funds, small cap funds, Balance Advantage funds etc.
Please let me know if after investing in say Parag Parikh flex cap fund Can I switch to SWP in the same fund later on ?

Retirement planning & Investment strategies

A very informative session today on how one can do one’s retirement planning based on the number of years left to retire and the retirement corpus one needs to maintain the same lifestyle. Learnt about the various funds and how one could invest in them as per returns generated by them over different time periods. Really look forward to such sessions to enhance my knowledge on various investment instruments and investment strategies we could use to be financially free.

Good to learn better investment options compare to FDRs, find out better way of fund allocation for investment. As well retirement investment strategies found in master class, getting solved our queries also regarding the points explained and discussion on the same good experiance

Great! You have touched upon every important aspect of investment/right savings and explained very lucidly about how to decide entry and right time for sell/ exit. You have not only taken up & addresses all queries in a highly professional manner but also covered in a very simple language that could be understood by every one. it's equally useful for youngsters & elderly ones to decide and set targets/generate good returns to meet these various requirements at different stages of the life. EXCEPTIONAL TEACHER ...

The best thing about Modit Sir is his ability to break down complex concepts into simple and easy-to-grasp language for a beginner like me...he makes sure to cover all the contents thoroghly ensuring we understand each concept before moving on .....his teaching style is very engaging ...his patience and willingness to answer our questions, how basic they might sound, are very admirable.
