Banned for being good at a game. Ignored my video proof.
I am not letting this go, and every single person using this platform needs to read this before you invest your time into a high-paying offer.
I just spent my entire birthday weekend at the end of June sitting at home, grinding the Backspin Games offer (Level 19) for 6 to 8 hours straight. I didn't do this for fun. I did it because I needed that $115+ to pay my internet bill before it gets shut off. I specifically timed the grind so the 7-day withdrawal period would clear just in time to keep my service on.
I didn't use a VPN. I didn't use a macro. I didn't exploit anything. I am just genuinely good at the pool mini-game. The matches take 2.5 minutes, so I looped them continuously because it was the most efficient way to level up. I pushed through the brutal 1-2% XP gains, won actual human tournaments, racked up $80 in-game (including $14 in withdrawable tournament winnings), and burned it all just trying to grind out the final 30% of level 18.
Because I played optimally and knocked it out in one massive sitting, the automated system flagged my account for "exploitation." The team told me to send a screen recording to verify my gameplay. I recorded it. I sent it immediately.
Instead of having a human actually watch the video I provided, they sat on it for 14 hours and hit me with a copy-pasted macro telling me my account is permanently restricted from cashing out. The absolute worst part? The email told me I can "continue playing." They want to withhold my $115, block my withdrawals, but still have me generate ad revenue for them.
This is not just a standard issue. This is me putting Freecash on notice publicly. You cannot demand video proof from your users, completely ignore it, and then lock up the money they earned in good faith to pay their real-world bills.
I expect a real human with actual authority to review the video I sent, look at the completely legitimate human gameplay I submitted, and release my $115+. I am not walking away from money I rightfully earned.

Customer Support Experience
I am writing this review to warn others about the incredibly frustrating and unprofessional customer service process on Freecash. Over a month ago, I cashed out a $28.50 payment. I kept checking my PayPal account for updates, but the money never arrived, even though the Freecash app marked the withdrawal as successfully "received."
When I reached out to their help desk, I was shocked by how difficult it was to get a straight answer. It was like pulling teeth. Instead of actual support, I was repeatedly sent the exact same copy-and-pasted text messages over and over again. I had to aggressively push just to get basic information. They finally revealed that they use a third-party payment processor called Tremendous, and claimed I was supposed to look for an email containing a redemption link.
I checked every folder. We verified my email address was correct, and confirmed the message wasn't in my spam or junk folders. The link simply was not there. Instead of helping, the support team essentially closed my case. They stated they "did their part" and claimed nothing else could be done because the link is only sent once.
Their process is completely unclear. Unlike other gaming apps that automatically deposit rewards into your account, Freecash never made it obvious that a secondary email step was required. When I pointed out that it is unfair to blame users for a hidden process, I asked what they do if an email address is incorrect. They admitted they would cancel the withdrawal and redo it. However, when I asked them to do that for me since I never got paid, they refused. They claimed they could only act if Tremendous told them the delivery failed. When I asked Freecash to contact Tremendous to resolve the issue, they told me, "We don't reach out on behalf of customers." When I asked for Tremendous’s customer service contact information so I could fix it myself, Freecash refused to give it to me.
Eventually, the support team ignored me completely and redirected me back to an automated AI bot. The bot only became useful after I explicitly stated that withholding my earned money was a theft of my time and a potential legal issue, especially since I had absolute proof from PayPal that no funds were ever deposited. Only under that pressure did the bot finally share the exact verification details required to claim the funds—though it still refused to provide a direct contact email.
In the end, I had to track down Tremendous’s support channel entirely on my own. Once I bypassed Freecash and sent my details to Tremendous directly, they immediately issued a new link and I finally got paid. Freecash’s support system is horribly unprofessional, overly reliant on broken AI, and completely unhelpful when a technical glitch occurs. If you value your time and want an app that actually supports its users when automated systems fail, look elsewhere.

Its usually pretty good but I had a problem not getting credit for reaching a level of a game. I received credit for earlier and later levels, so obviously this was wrong. I opened a ticket and got no reply and waited 2 weeks. I then chatted with the chat bot and the bot admitted that this level was tracked but said I was not eligible and refused to give me credit. No human chat reps available. Use at your own risk.

Not worth your time
This app is bullshat. I’ve tried apps like this in the past and made good money so i figured i wouldn’t have an issue with Freecash especially since its reviews are good on trustpilot. NOPE! I reached $25 as the minimum payout, was already sick of the app so I didn’t even bother trying to build it up some more. They expected me to pay in USD even though I was only ever rewarded money through my currency. Then the cherry on top. They don’t give me my money in full, I have to take out $10, but since I took out $10 I’m not allowed the other $15 because I’m below the $25 cash out minimum. This app is bullshit.
Pretty good
Helpful in keeping track of your progress, you might feel rushed but take your time.

Waste of time
I spent one month playing game, which at some point stopped tracking my progress. Even though I have and sent the screenshots, confirming I reached goals, I didnt get credit and all the reponse I get from the bot is
"While your efforts and screenshots are appreciated, the partner's data is the deciding factor. Although your ticket was closed, this decision is final and cannot be changed, but don't worry, there are still many other offers available to try! 🙌"
You will earn gift cards if you play games so worth it!
What made it great is that your getting a reward at the end of you playing your game

Great
Free cash is pretty cool. I just don’t like the hold they put on rewards, but I know why they do it. People will corrupt anything.
Thanks, guys! On this platform, I Found my favorite game, Sunshine Island!
