Withdrawals permanently disabled
After completing 4 casino game offers and earning nearly $900 Freecash blocked my withdrawals permanently.
They asked me to provide proof of my purchases for one of the games I played and so I did just that. I screen recorded showing my purchases in the game and even showed them the purchases inside my bank account in a screen recording.
I went through multiple different support people and none of them would even send me a message that was written by a human, it was all copy and paste. I feel like my case wasn’t even reviewed and it was just a free payday for Freecash.
I have read every single line in the terms of service and I broke absolutely ZERO rules.
I will be contacting the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to hopefully get some help with my situation. I highly recommend staying clear of this site if you don’t want to be scammed.
