Stay away. It has been three weeks now that i am waiting for a slow withdrawal payment and still nothing. It seems that after so many years that bitcoin was not so high in price they were paying and now they just stopped. No answer of course from this joke form that they have and the non existent email they provide.

My instant withdraw has been pending whole day, im so disappointed I trusted them I joined way back in 2014

I have Pending Payouts from Friday, August 1st 16:38 (10 days ago) in the amount of 0.00032001 BTC. I have a total of 2093 referrals, and so far I have been paid a total of 0.40658426 BTC Referral Commission. Since I have not invested anything on the site, I can't give a bad rating, but I can only hope that this is a temporary problem.

Though I have been using this site for a long time know. It seems to be getting slower and slower. I have been waiting for 14 days now to get my withdrawal. It was .009 bitcoin. Have reached out multiple times but still nothing!

The withdrawal has been stuck in Pending status for weeks now, and my emails to support have received no reply.

I been a casual user for approx 3 years now. The first time I tried to make a withdrawn of my winnings was approx 6 days ago on their auto withdrawl function. It seems to be stuck in pending. 4 email tickets go unanswered. I guess I lost my money, as their is no help. I was going to deposit some bitcoin for the interest. I am so glad I didnt, or that would be lost too. So very disappointed. I could have been great but now, I dont know. Please give the users the btc that is owed, or no one will ever trust you guys again, and you lose all your customers. Maybe you just don't care about your customers? I made Funtoken withdrawal since 4th July 2025 today is 9/8/2025 response from Bitcoin surport or withdrawal dropping,I really don't know what is wrong with Freebitcoin

Have been waiting over a week as well for an instant payouts that they haven’t even broadcasted on the blockchain yet and no way of getting a txid or transaction history of withdrawals either.Never had issues until recently, they are just stealing from people now

I am a user since 2020. I have made more than 5 withdrawals without any problem. But my last one, for 0.00031 BTC (instant) is pending for 6 days now. Things are not looking very good for this platform now.

I've been a part of freebitco.in for quite some time, and ever since the wheel of fortune free spins not increasing and now this with the payouts, it's sad to see, hope they fix this too, as ik waiting on a instant payout since end of July 2025

I apply for withdrawal but after 10 days its still pending... No one reply my mails...I think this site is completely scam.. do not invest and deposit fund..

I FINALLY got my withdrawal after 8 days. It must have been completed in 15 minutes. I am a 9 year member of this faucet. It was the most trusted faucet site. But nowadays they have a problem in withdrawing.

I’ve been a long-time userof Freebitco.in and previously had successful deposits and withdrawals.

Now, I have two Bitcoin withdrawals that remain unprocessed after more than 7 days (slow withdrawal from July 28 and instant from July 29).
No TXIDs were issued, and both are still marked as "pending".

I submitted a support ticket on July 30 and followed up on August 4 — still no real response, only the initial automated message.

I have always followed their terms, used no VPN or multiple accounts, and I have full documentation.

Based on my personal experience and seeing other users report similar issues, I strongly suspect this platform may no longer be operating in good faith.
I would urge others to stay away from Freebitco.in unless they provide transparency and resolve pending withdrawals.
