1) I received an additional invoice that I was not expecting;
2) I was unable to pay the invoice via the online system;
3) I was unable to set up an account unless I said I lived in France;
4) I chased F2M to cancel or update me or let me pay the invoice;
5) it was extremely difficult to contact F2M – during which time I received increasingly threatening chasers about the invoice (which the system would not let me pay);
6) while F2M looked into the matter, I received weekly emails asking me if the case was still open – despite the fact the delay was at their end;
7) F2M finally confirmed that the invoice was issued correctly but I could still not pay it, as it had not been processed. I am now left with no idea about whether this invoice is payable.

Share Now is a very practical idea. The app is easy to use, and having access to a car whenever you need one sounds great in theory.

However, almost every month, I find extra new charges on my credit card for fines by Sharenow, and you end up paying both the original fine and an additional penalty imposed by Share Now. When you ask for clarification, they never provide a proper explanation but only automatic, copy-pasted email replies that don’t address your question at all.

What’s even more frustrating is that when I drive my own car, I almost never get any fines; yet somehow, they keep appearing with these Share Now cars.

After paying these extra penalties again and again, I’ve realized that using taxis or even owning a private car is actually cheaper and less stressful.

It was fine except that their website from which we made contact carried an address that they no longer use. This is the address. We immediately noted as we made a booking.
Arriving at that address, we were shocked to find that it was not correct. 2 1/2 hours from a departure this was not funny.. We found them and they gave us an indicator for our satnav and we arrived after about 15 minutes of worrying and driving.
They really must revise their website which gives potential customers an incorrect address.
We saw later that in a confirmation they send they do put the correct address, but since we already had an address, we didn't even verify.
They must clear up this possibility of a misunderstanding for future people who could easily miss a flight because of this error.

Everything went beautifully. Except, that the parking numbers are not printed in the voucher.

Very kind and courteous, easy to stay in touch all the time, the vehicle is big and comfortable (top!), very economic. I have nothing to complain about! It's a recommendable alternative to those expensive car parks situated at the airport itself.

Parking ticket from hell. I had a parking ticket issued from a carpark by mistake they took the money from my bank account and paid it ... next thing you know im getting threatening emails from them saying to pay the invoice iv already paid now im being told its being passed to a debt collector! I cant get in contact with them i have no way of getting this sorted and the worst part is the tickets been paid. I really need help at this point.

Very good experience. The parking is clean and safe. every 5 minutes there is a shuttle to drop us off at the airport. Check-in online is very convenient and simple.

Tried booking a car for when i visit Germany in December. The system is trash, non german people cannot book without a German number. The app wouldn’t let me enter my address as it kept failing. The support team’s only way to resolve anything is to delete the account and start fresh and that also doesnt work. Overall worst experience for a rental company.

DO NOT USE this rental agency! Carina who runs the car rental part of the business in Coimbra, is excellent, but is working under problematic rules from a bad company. For a €70 rental they wanted a €1,200 deposit, but instead of having that on credit card hold, they charged it immediately, then it took a month and another trip to Coimbra to get it transferred to a local bank since their Visa machine couldn’t handle it!! This place mainly SELLS cars, so just find a normal rental place. Really.

Both front tyres are very worn and likely to result in a fine. This could be dangerous in the event of emergency braking.
