Nothing short of sensational.

I’ve known of FG for a number of years because of their eternity band ring.

I was lucky enough to receive both the eternity band and the lion signet ring as a gift from my girlfriend.

Unfortunately I did damage the lion signet ring, I had bent the ring out of shape to the point where it was unwearable.

I took it in to the FG shop where I met Stevie who was super helpful, I left the ring with them to see what could be done. Very shortly after, I received a call from Stevie to let me know the ring had been fixed!

Unreal service, unreal jewellery, would buy again

Great company to deal with a lot of bigger companies could learn about good customer service from fg 7th item 2 fixes modifications nothing is too much for them.

Did I also mention they sell great jewellery as well.

Only negative is there is too much great stuff to buy :)

Ring look very nice to start with but is only a year & half old & has already lost a lot of its original silver colour. Almost looks bronze/silver.

Not ideal for a £100 ring!

So far have had 2 rings made with them and have a third one in the making. Producs and the quality have been great, customer services always top notch too. Have had some mishaps with the delivery of the first one but that was entirely DHL's fault.

Really happy with my experience with FG. Great product and quick delivery. 10/10
