Been using FREAKHOSTING for just over a month and the experience has been great.
Any issues that i had was resolved within the hour and the customer service they are providing is one of the best i have experienced yet.
I am using 3 VPS systems, Web hosting and a Game server and ecerything is silky smooth. Keep it up

I’ve been using this hosting service for a long time and never had any serious issues before. However, now I’ve encountered a problem where I cannot start my server through the control panel, and their 24/7 support has been ignoring my ticket for about 7 hours. They also haven’t replied in the live chat or by email. This is very disappointing, especially considering that the service was previously reliable.

Freakhost used to work well, but after I bought the budget VPS #3, it had many problems. I received an email stating that the OS was installed on the server, but when I logged into the cloud panel, no OS was installed at all. My connection attempts were unsuccessful. The support is very slow; they responded after 2-3 days, but with no results.

I've only been using FREAKHOSTING for a short time, just a couple of days. But I'm very happy with their VPS - they're fast and inexpensive. The support is incredibly awesome, especially the owner. They are always online on Discord, answering pretty much any question. The hosting is very open and honest with its clients, which I like. I recommend using FREAKHOSTING, and I'm glad I discovered a provider like this.

I had been using Freakhosting for about a month, and my initial impressions were positive. The budget VPS (BVPS-4) in Frankfurt, Germany, for 17,10€ per 3 months seemed like a great deal, and the technical support was responsive. For that first month, everything was working well.
However, on October 6th, my server was unexpectedly blocked for "spam," although I had done nothing to justify this. My opinion changed instantly, and I strongly do not recommend this service. To make matters worse, they refused to provide a backup of the disk where my important files were stored.
UPD 1: The server was eventually unsuspended, but with a different IP address. Thankfully, my data was saved.
UPD 2: The situation repeated on October 31st, the final day of my billing cycle. My server was suspended immediately after I asked a question about billing in the live chat. It's worth noting that the first time my server was suspended, I received an email notification, but this time I did not.
Most importantly, the support team claimed my server was suspended for "exceeding normal limits of 25th port (email port) usage." BUT I HAVEN'T EVEN INSTALLED AN EMAIL SERVER ON MY WINDOWS SERVER 2019! This proves that their monitoring systems are flawed and their accusations are completely groundless.
And again, they can't provide me a backup of server disk with the important files.
Support was painfully slow; I waited over 11 hours in the live chat only to get a dismissive message like "you should create a support ticket."
After using this hosting for about 3 months, I can give an advice to those who thinks about ordering a service from this provider: this is the WORST hosting provider I have ever used with the WORST support. I do not recommend this provider to anyone. Use any other service, but DO NOT USE FREAKHOSTING.

Great service. Very good CPU performance on all VPS tiers. Support is the best, they help with VPS problems when it's not even their fault, but the misconfiguration on my end. Satisfied, I recommend it.
Edit: They have now added a Firewall Configuration Panel which is also quite useful.
