I ordered the ABX and it has been an amazing addition to my home gym. The versatility is incredible and would absolutely recommend.
Shipping was incredibly quick, and with the minor damage that was there Tim was very quick to remedy the solution above and beyond expectations.

Freak Athlete refunded my cable attachment and sent me an upper body kit in the most satisfying way. They emailed me a shipping label so that I didn't have to pay for the return shipping. Then they refunded my credit card for the cable attachment and used part of the refund to pay for the upper body kit which they sent to me without any shipping charges on my end. All I had to do was email Freak Athlete and tell them that I wanted the upper body kit instead of the cable attachment, and they took care of everything else. They were really informative and kept up really good communication throughout the entire process.

I sent a couple of questions to Freak Athlete before spending £500 for two kettlebells, including postage. Andy got back to me within the hour, filled in all the blanks and told me they were available to help when it came to ordering, whenever that was. No sales talk, no pressure to buy, just amazing customer service. Since this sort of service is as rare as hens teeth, I didn’t hesitate and, now, two kettlebells are on the way as I feel sure help will be there should I have any problems in the future. Freak Athlete, if Andy is anything to go by, you are a trustworthy, helpful company that cares about their customers - something that’s very rare these days but something, as an almost 60 year old man, appreciates no end. The Hyper Pro is a very well designed system and the customer support behind it is excellent. Having a customer support team member get back to me within a couple hours of sending in a request and instantly resolve an issue I thought would be difficult is extremely rare in today's consumer market. I'm definitely a fan.

I had a little trouble in using my Hyper Pro, so emailed and was immediately given helpful, friendly advice, with video links, and without being made to feel silly, by Tim, and Andy (it was my error!)

Replies to my emails as I have multiple sclerosis and am losing my eyesight. Should be easy to put together with the help of my Husband! A contact if I have any major issues at Freak Athlete.

Poor service. Still trying to get the main part of my hyper pro delivered. They don’t seem to be concerned enough just to send out a replacement since the 1st is obviously lost by their 3rd rate shipping company.

We purchased equipment for our middle school fitness room, and needed some help with the equipment. The customer service team responded quickly, and was able to solve the problem within just a few days. They were professional, curteous, and understanding of our needs as a school gym. Can't thank them enough for the help they gave - it will make such a huge difference for our students.

Beside great products and real estimations on delivery times, i can assure a supreme support! Had a small issue with one part which was handled promptly. Customer support replied in less than 12 hrs, was friendly and very helpful. I can totally recommend FA!

Customer service is incredible. Had a shipping issue not at all related to Freak Athlete (was an issue with our road being undeliverable) and I contacted FA to help. I got fast replies, constant check ins, and they followed through until the issue was fully resolved. I was extremely impressed and would definitely buy from them again on customer service alone.

Ordered Hyper + GHD. It is supposed to come in two boxes, but I did not know this at the time, and after receiving only one box, I assumed I was didn't get all the construction materials. I inquired about this at the end of my workday and received an amazingly quick response, less than 12 hours, from Freak informing me that box two was on its way along with an updated tracking number. I cannot wait to put in work on this equipment

I purchased the Hyper Pro, Leg Attachment, and Arm kit. Overall, I ended up keeping the hyper pro but retuning the leg and arm kit.

I had a really great experience overall. Charm was absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very understanding of my situation, incredibly accommodating, and took the time to look at my issue from a different perspective instead of just giving me a standard response. That meant a lot to me, and it made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful rather than like I was just another number. Big shout-out to Charm for the excellent support and care.

As for the FreakAthlete Hyper Pro itself, I’ve been using it at least three times a week and it has been very, very helpful. I’m 6'1" and 220 pounds, and the unit feels extremely sturdy and stable while in use. It’s very well built, and overall I’ve been very happy with it. I’m still getting used to all of the different exercise options it offers, but I really appreciate the versatility.

I did try the leg developer, but because of the way my knees function, it did not work well for me personally. That said, I still thought it was an extremely well-built attachment. Under different circumstances, I would have kept it. I did keep the Hyper Pro, though, and I absolutely love it. Overall, I’ve been very impressed with both the equipment and the customer experience.

Overall experience was great. When I had to contact customer service they responded immediately, and it was on a holiday weekend!

Great commercial level quality products for personal or garage gym. Can’t say enough about craftsmanship and durability. Solid pieces of integrative equipment. Had delays on shipping, but the company representative was great about compensating a remedy and creating a solution above and beyond with customer care. I would recommend and buy again for sure!
