This company stole my product image on Google in the USA and is trying to sell it overseas online without my permission. I do not sell or authorize the sale of my African Locks Oil products overseas. This is false advertising and misuse of my brand.

Case Code Number.1540: I had lost money to several Crypto scams over the past 5 years and was contacted by Fraud Defence International first by phone ,email and then using Whats APP. to enquire about my experience and if I would be interested in getting my money back. Of course being scammed I was again weary and angry but thought I would love to . Initially the conversations were as follows: I was informed that legitimate fraud Companies would never ask you to deposit any funds anywhere. Well here I am 10 months later and have paid out 27 k in all sorts of fees and yet they are not satisfied and require another 3k . The process involved transferring funds using cash from me to convert to Bitcoin Ethereum etc and transferred into different wallets, a very messy operation. During this process apparently their web site was hacked hence the emails dissappeared and the Whats App kicked in. The fees never stopped coming. Time and again I was promised "this is definetely the last payment" and time and again I was deceived into believing them. I have paid the following fees to name a few: Anti Money Laundering fee, Insurance fee, change from cash to crypto fees, insurance for 1/2 the fees , blockchain fees and so on . It never stopped. All the while I was never explained exactly what the process was, and how this organisation ran its business. It totally seemed to me like they were making it up as we stumbled along. There appeared to be no sequence or business directives in their dealings. Absolutely shocking. I was also asked to pay funds in to total strangers bank accounts which I did in the hope it would all be reimbursed to me. I believe the person assisting my case or the case manager assigned to me truly tried his/her best to reach an outcome but it appears the Refund Department is not complying. These people are ruthless and without any empathy whatsoever. Interestingly Fraud Defence International explained that they did not take their 3% commission fee until the transactions had been completed. Of this I have absolutely no proof as the so called amount being refunded was continually changing. How would I even know how much they would end up extracting, at last contact I was informed that the money is actually in the Bank. Which Bank I have no idea as its all so secretive. I have a record of everything I have deposited and where/who it went to. Fraud Defence International, If you really are the real legitimate Company you say you are, then do the right thing and refund these mystery funds, or at the least, pay me back what I have paid you, 27k.

Payment was taken, but I never received my order or any updates from the company.

Ferrers Wickham is a fraudulent website, avoid purchasing anything from them. I have nearly £100 pending a refund, and they’ve completely ignored my emails. I plan to reclaim the amount through my bank, but I want to warn others about this deceptive "brand."
