Hi, I have ordered with Cutrera a few times. The first order - mainly with jams / marmelade - arrived in poor condition: seems the glasses were not properly vacuum sealed and the product was leaking (what a mess!) After sending them pictures and explanation the faulty items were replaced. With my 2nd order I checked the glasses with jams upon receipt and all was OK. What I didn't check were the sauces (for pasta) as there was no problem on 1st order - but for the 2nd these were not properly sealed. When I complained / sent pictures about these I got no reply at all :( Also: as from second order they send you a tracking no. but no information to which provider this tracking information belongs to - for my 2nd order I still got another tracking no. after I asked and the name of the logistics company. For any orders after that I got no reply. Also the tracking no. they sent me is not working with the logistics company they have used last times.
Whenever I need something from them which I can't get from a retailer I will probably order again with them.

Fast delivery, despite of the fact that I'm not ordering from Italy, good communication allog delivery to be informd in each step abaout status.
Products are amazing, I my view real tatse of Siciliy! Olive oil is sublim!

The olive oil itself is very good, they have the superior quality of olive oil in the market. We loved it and taste so good. The only problem I’ve encountered is when the package arrived, one bottle is broken and the oil is dripping. I sent an emailed to report the incident but no reply 😢 soI can ask for replacement.
I suggest next time- please wrapped with bubble wrapped, specially i bought 12 bottles of OLIVE OIL, and The latta is slight Diformed 😢 too

I’ve tried many olive oils over the years, but nothing compares to Frantoi Cutrera. The flavor is rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced. You can really taste that it’s made with care. It has that beautiful peppery kick at the end that makes it perfect for salads, bruschetta, or just a piece of bread. The packaging was solid, delivery was quick, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Honestly, if I could give more than five stars, I would. This oil has become a staple in my kitchen.

This oil is the best I've ever tasted, and it's become my favorite. I use it for baking bread, cooking, frying, and, of course, salads.
The flavor is very natural and aromatic, with a very subtle bitterness and savory.
I'm now ordering it for friends and sometimes bring some oil to parties. It's always special when someone tastes it.

I found this olive oil in a deli shop in Brussels. Apparently the only store in Belgium where to find.
So I went to look for it online. They have so many qualitative and organic products on the site, I purchased different items and different oils.I hope they will also surprise me positively. The primo Dop is the best olive oil I have ever tasted. The delivery went very smooth.Just one small remark, there was a button that you could click and would receive a small bottle of olive oil for free after a purchase above a certain amount, but it did not work.

Very bad experience! they sent the parcel in two boxes, wrote wrong adress and country. one box disappeared and they don't even bother to look for it. they attached another recipient's shipment confirmation and it disappeared. good oil, but don't buy online..

Pessimo! Hanno spedito il pacco in due scatole, scrivendo in un altro paese. Una scatola è scomparsa e non si sono nemmeno preoccupati di cercarla. Hanno allegato la conferma di spedizione di un altro destinatario ed è sparita come l'acqua. Buon olio, ma non comprate online.

Easy to order, quick delivery. The delivery was correct and the product tastes great. Being excellent is that simple!

We had a guided tour of more than 90 minutes with Flavia. Very knowledgable insights into the production of olive oil and a tasting experience between several oils and how to distinguish good from bad quality. It was just great! And their oils are gorgeous! No wonder we found them in several fine restaurants around Ragusa. Top experience!
