Good products - if properly packed. Customer service?
Hi, I have ordered with Cutrera a few times. The first order - mainly with jams / marmelade - arrived in poor condition: seems the glasses were not properly vacuum sealed and the product was leaking (what a mess!) After sending them pictures and explanation the faulty items were replaced. With my 2nd order I checked the glasses with jams upon receipt and all was OK. What I didn't check were the sauces (for pasta) as there was no problem on 1st order - but for the 2nd these were not properly sealed. When I complained / sent pictures about these I got no reply at all :( Also: as from second order they send you a tracking no. but no information to which provider this tracking information belongs to - for my 2nd order I still got another tracking no. after I asked and the name of the logistics company. For any orders after that I got no reply. Also the tracking no. they sent me is not working with the logistics company they have used last times.
Whenever I need something from them which I can't get from a retailer I will probably order again with them.
