I have been purchasing from Frans now for the last couple of years now and to be honest, the team there are amazing. There is no order to big or to small. They always answer or call me back immediately. They ship from their store and suppliers to save money on freight. The service is amazing and I will never shop anywhere else and i live 24hours away from the store. Thank you Fran and your whole team for being super amazing.

The Owner (has founder as job title) is incompetent and blames her male staff for everything including conversations with her, she forgets from one conversation to the next what was said and always defaults to blaming her staff. I have had 3 dealings with this store the 1st time was a failure and she blamed staff so I gave the store a second chance on a no brainer sale and it went through no problems, the 3rd time involved her and after a week of time wasting the sale fell through again because of her incompetency. There are so many other stores within a 30km radius of this store, all of them should be explored before trying this place. After speaking with Frans shipping company they confirmed they would not be delivering the order because of the way it was packaged was a health hazard to everyone, still days later I am waiting for a refund. Bank says it could be months before they complete their investigation. Your future self will thank you for shopping anywhere else.
