Cheaply made and overly expensive

These clothes are cheaply made and very overpriced. I ordered 2 "cashmere" sweaters. They were paper thin and wrinkled. Too thin to iron or it would damage the cheap fabric. I returned them only to be issued a credit. There was nothing I wanted so I ordered pants -- again overpriced and cheaply made -- and donated them to Goodwill. Customer service would not provide a refund and defended their sweaters saying one could steam the wrinkles out
