A very disappointing experience
Update 28th March 2026:
Unfortunately, the earrings no longer stay in place. Already the second time I wore them, the clip at the top kept slipping out and had to be reattached to my ear almost every five minutes.
In addition, the entire return process for the necklace took until around Start of March (PROCESS ABOUT 5 MONTHS). I was repeatedly sent forms, including return forms, but I could no longer complete them because the data had expired. I was then refunded, but not the shipping costs, even though this had been promised to me via email. Only after a case was resolved through Klarna was this finally settled.
Overall, it was a very time-consuming and frustrating process, and in the end I was unhappy with the necklace, and the earrings are not good either.
December 2025:
I'm extremely disappointed: the necklace arrived tangled and in unsuitable packaging. It took me ages to untangle it. By the time I'd finally managed to do so, I'd noticed that some of the stones were upside down. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed it was a manufacturing defect and that I could return the necklace. I then ordered it again and received the exact same flaws. I couldn't get one small knot out. I feel cheated; I suspect that all the necklaces are simply like this and that it's not a "manufacturing defect" as described. Perhaps they're defective batches being bought up cheaply. It's a shame, because the necklace itself is beautiful. But I can get costume jewelry necklaces without any flaws from well-known shops for around 20 to 30 euros instead of 90 euros. Very disappointing.
Furthermore, I have orderd earrings, they are very pretty, but unfortunately they were shipped loose in the box, as there's no way to attach them. I find this very unacceptable at this price, as they could easily break during shipping.

Bought a bracelet for about 62 euros, didnt like it and send it back. Had to pay 15 Euros for the package because you have to Pay the return. And today I got the Information that the refund for the bracelet is 13 euros less than the actual price that I ordered. So I payed 28 euros for nothing. Never ever again!!!!
