Warren was absolutely brilliant from the moment I walked in. He helped me choose the perfect carpet and some artificial grass, taking the time to explain the options without any pressure. His product knowledge was spot on, and he made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. Great communication, great prices, and genuinely excellent customer service.

Superb service from the guys at the Redcar Branch, especially Connor and Andrew who we dealt with, We had an issue with a previously purchased carpet and Connor rectified the problem immediately. Very helpful and professional.

Ian is an absolute gent and wonderful ambassador for the store. Their store has the message playing that they are built upon customer care and this is exactly what we have experienced today. The measure of people and a business is what happens when things need a little help and support. Franks are all that you could wish for and more. We very rarely leave reviews as they all read a little bit staged. But this is genuine from people who have lived their lives in and around Stockton.

Visited the Coulby Newham store and was advised by Nathan, his knowledge of the products were amazing , he also advised on fitting arrangements which were very welcome, a very pleasing experience, it's easy to see why the staff "love carpet's " will be back soon

I visited the Bishop Auckland store with a vague idea of what I wanted, but feeling quite overwhelmed at all of the choices. Julie took the time to explain to me what my options were and explained the difference in flooring types to me. I was able to upgrade from what I originally thought I would get and still came in on budget. She didn't give me a hard sell and left the decision to me. Thank you again Julie!!
