I'm sorry to say that it's was the worst experience ever for shopping online, I ordered a product and requested to have it in installments, I have added all my banking details and approved the SEPA method for automatic deduction and everything was fine, until 3 days later while I was expecting my order to be delivered I received an email saying that my payment method was not approved and I need to pay in full even before processing my order, I was shocked because I was very excited about my order and waiting it for days and eventually it's declined!!!!, Was wasn't it declined from the beginning when I was ordering the items why did you waste my time and passion about the product and waiting it for days until you decide it's not approved. Then I sent them an email asking for order cancelation, they never reply, one hour later I sent them an email asking them to change the payment method to be cash on delivery and still no one replied, until 3 days later they replied that they could have changed my order to be cash on delivery but I HAVE REQUESTED EARLIER TO CANCEL MY ORDER. Really!!! Are you that accurate in handling the customers requests. HOWEVER THERE IS ONE VERY IMPORTANT POINT WHICH IS EVERYTIME I CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TRY VERY HARD TO HELP AND THEY DID THEIR BEST. My concern is with mail@frankonia only. Too late in replying and they don't consider customer's time or satisfaction

Very bad contact support did I start regretting ordering from them
I did order from them On 26/July/2021 it says that I will receive the product almost in 4 days which is today 30 July. The big problem is about the ID, by mistake I have send my Son ID instead of mine and they said that I'm not 18 yet even though I did correct the mistake in the same day and send mine the guardian ID. On the same day, I did correct the mistake and did send my ID multiple times and tried to call them because I haven't received confirmation about delivery nor about the ID I send. They said that they don't help people abroad germany, if that then why haven't you mentioned that on your site that you won't help by calling out of Germany?! I did pay for international call!
Only what they say is that they're coming to answer, but no answer received yet in 4 days just to confirm delivery or the ID!. From what I see from the reviews that I will never receive the product that I bought as a gift for my Son
I did pay and this's the Order number: 0056792707
If I didn't receive an answer soon unfortunately I will have to cancel the item. I was also thinking to buy other goods like blank pistols because of the sensible price, but not sensible support!🤦♂️
All that and still shows on the site the status open but for what after all this??!!

My adventure with Franconia
My adventure with Franconia has been going on for several years. They have never disappointed me in meeting my expectations. The products are always of very good quality. I also visit the Frankonia branch near Magdeburg city. Nice and friendly people. They know what they talking about. I will rather not give up this shop and in fact its offer is sufficient for me as a hunter in many countries. And to tell you the truth, thanks to their - people from Frankonia- work / offer / help / advice, I had great adventures during my hunting trips. Frankonia workers - THANK YOU for your work every each day with us ! You have my 5 stars!

Ordered a riflescope and paid with…
Ordered a riflescope and paid with credit card over a month ago. Nothing heard or seen ever since, no delivery etc, no sorry for delayed delivery.
10 days ago contacted support for it. Auto reply received, telling I would be contacted in five days due to rush in support. It has been now 10 days, and no contact has been made.
Even one star is too much. :(
