I should have lstened to the reviews on this site. I booked a transfer through France-transfers.com, no car arrived, stranding my family at a station on a Sunday Evening, a month later I have not received my deposit back. It's a scam! Don't ever use this website!!!!
There were a lot of issues with the company from the start of the booking, as they suddenly changed our booking to a car for 7 people even though our initial booking consisted of 8. After much back and forth they confirm the booking.
However, the driver for the pick-up never showed at Lyon airport, and they were not helpful in sending a new vehicle! Therefore we had to find a taxi ourselves, which cost us 500 €, a lot of hours of hassle with the hotel and check-in + extra fees.
WHEN ARE ABOUT TO LEAVE FOR THE AIRPORT, THE DRIVER FOR THE RETURN NEVER APPEARS! Since we did not trust the company, we made sure to book transfer elsewhere. NEVER BOOK WITH FRANCE-TRANSFERS OR CONNECTO TRANSFERS!
