There was a problem with the international post and Vanessa bent over backwards to fix it and get the package to me.

I still have NOT received my order - this is absolutely ridiculous

I ordered from Canada and the package simply failed to be delivered, seemingly on the very afternoon delivery was first attempted. The pattern for addresses from townhouses is different here than in Britain.

I confirmed I had provided all the necessary information and then wrote to ask about next steps. I never recieved a response. I was then asked to rate the product I never received, and used that opportunity to again ask about options. Again, I've recieved no response.

At this point, I neither have my order nor do I have refund, nor do I understand what happened or why. I've never experienced anything quite like this.

Great sale prices meant that I could invest in some stunning glasses jewellery. The frame chains are superb quality and the pearls are my favourite. I’ve got some everyday pieces, some glam ones, and some fun ones. Love them all!

I had a problem with delivery but contacted Frame Chain and the problem was resolved and a replacement order sent without delay. Excellent customer service.

Delivery took longer than i expected however quick response once I emailed.

Orig order appears to have been lost in post, however Vanessa sorted a replacement and arrived a couple of days later ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
