good service

Good service, they did a great job framing one of my pieces, then when there was an issue with my second piece, they made it right.

Multiple issues with my first order

Multiple issues with my first order. My art was hung upside down, chipped frames (because they are cheap and chip when the wind blows), crappy hardware that ruins your walls, and they use some kind of plastic instead of glass. Looks visibly cheap like Ikea quality. And completely distorts reflections which makes it look even cheaper. I hung one of my pieces next to a window and had to take it down because of how distorted the plastic looks. Looks better in a room with zero natural light. I am sure after 1 move with these they’ll be trashed. Paid almost $800 for Amazon quality. Insane.

Lifelong customer solidified

I've used Framebridge a few times now, and the results have been fantastic; easy to use, customizable, great quality and all. What brings me here is my most recent experience: I mistakenly uploaded the wrong photo to my frame. They sent me a second frame with the right photo free of charge and told me to keep the original as a gift. That's the kind of stuff that makes a lifelong customer.

I love Framebridge

I love Framebridge! I am a super fan and have recommended this company to all of my friends. They are so affordable, picking out a frame is easy, and the quality is good! If you've ever been to an in-person frame store, you know what an expensive nightmare it is. I am so glad Framebridge exists.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Spent almost $700 on three pieces, one came back not the way it was ordered. It was sent back and its still waiting to be addressed. Not sure why no one cares and I have no timeframe as of yet. What a way to waste $ and give a gift thats not finalized. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Lost My Artwork

I trusted Framebridge with a valuable art piece, and they lost it. The experience has been extremely upsetting and disappointing. Beyond the sentimental and financial value of the piece, the lack of accountability and resolution has made this even worse. Customers should know that Framebridge's handling and tracking process is unreliable, and if you send them something valuable, you risk losing it permanently. I would never use their service again and strongly recommend others think twice before sending them anything irreplaceable. Despicable.

Great experience for oil painting

I know people have had mixed experiences with them. I used them to stretch and frame an oil painting and they did a great job. Very quick turnover and packaging was great. Also 40% cheaper than my local store (i live in nyc).

I would rate a ‘ZERO’ if possible

I would rate a ‘ZERO’ if possible. First of all the mat choices are only an ‘option’. The framer will ultimately pick what ‘ they think’ looks best…. ???…. Well then why am I ordering a ‘CUSTOM’ frame? Secondly, there are different mat colors to choose from, you just don’t have access to them as a customer but once they screw up and you call them out they are quick to let you know there are other mat colors and they will send you a copy of the color palette. HOW BASS ACKWARDS IS THIS?
DO NOT ORDER THE BRASS FRAME!!!!! You cannot SEE the writing, pointless.
I’ve ordered a dozen times from Keepsakee and wish like heck I would have stayed with them. The people at Framebridge are extremely nice but very puppeteer and their sponsors problems are never solved, They’re just postponed.
I asked for some credit because of number one the frame brass piece I had to have replaced and that was two trips back-and-forth to the trophy store, which is 60 miles round-trip each way plus the cost was $35. They gave me nine dollars and one penny credit. They just refunded the brass plate which they should’ve because it’s a piece of junk.
DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use this company; poor quality, poor workmanship, poor organization. A lot of headaches come with ordering from this company.

Good god ....

Well ...

We got a gift.
We were expected to hang it.
The frame is tacky.
But we love the giver.
Unfortunately, the eejits at Framebridge made it so if we hung the dang thing it would be upside down.
Now we have to explain why it's propped up on a bookcase.

DO NOT USE FRAMEBRIDGE / Shoddy work / Sending it back is not worth it

If you have a nice piece of art that you need framed, DO NOT USE FRAMEBRIDGE. We thought we were getting a good deal at $300, but the bottom line is you get what you pay for.

Our frame showed up with massive gaps in the corners (the pieces of wood did not sit flush against each other). The hardware connecting the corner mounting brackets looked like a kindergartener had screwed it in. You could tell that whoever did the work just didn't care.

Because we had a bigger piece of art, Framebridge gave us "corner brackets" to mount on our wall. These corner brackets are a nightmare to level, even though their YouTube instructions make it seem easy. Why Framebridge couldn't just install a nice, sturdy picture wire in is beyond me.

We sent an email with pictures explaining the shoddy work, and to Framebridge's credit, they offered us a free shipping label to return the frame and fix it for free. But, the hassle of having to re-pack and re-ship a nice piece of art to ensure it wouldn't get damaged in transit just was not worth it.

You are better off going to an in-person, professional framer than using Framebridge if you want to frame nice art. Honestly, you are probably also better off going to Michael's to frame a piece of art that is of lesser value.

Overall, we had a terrible experience with Framebridge.

Poor quality, too expensive

We spent $350 on a frame and it has arrived back to us in very poor quality over nearly 2 months of waiting for the framing to be completed. We've had to send the frame back twice because of its quality. The first time it sounded like the frame was in bad shape and the second time there are clear glass bubbles or some type of black paint around the edge of the glass (rep at Framebridge told us that she did not know what caused it). I recommend do NOT go to Framebridge - not worth the money

Horrible

Extremely expensive. Super delayed. Weak customer service. Just received an email that they are sending our framed piece back to the framer because there is debris in it. WHAT??? Find a local business. Support it. Don't waste $100s of $$ at framebridge.

Poor quality.

We paid extra for the “American Hardwood” frames. They feel and look chintsy, like low grade Home Depot lumber, and the joining was poor and sloppy on each of the frames (lots of visible seams/gaps). The price wasn’t markedly cheaper than some real high quality artisan frames made in America. The print quality was mediocre, nothing much different from Amazon photos.

Disappointing

Disappointing. This company advertises local stores, and fast next day service. I walked into the store near my house, and found out that they print and ship everything from India, and it's just the same cheap garbage quality stuff you can get everywhere else on the Internet. The physical stores are simply showrooms but the product comes from India. Pointless. I can order cheap garbage from China on the Internet if I want to. Avoid this company.

My experience at Frsmebridge Suburban Square PA

The associate who greeted me was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about Framebridge’s product. The store is nicely laid out with a good selection of framed pieces to use as a starting point for the uninitiated. I had a general idea of how I wanted the frame and mat to appear when finished, but the associate walked me through the final details with some great recommendations specific to the work I was having framed and clearly explained any cost exceptions for product upgrades. She also provided a pro- forma view of the final product. After I was satisfied with the preview, the associate clearly explained the cost, timing (reasonably quick compared to competitors) and a pick up / delivery option (free). I follow up email was immediately sent with a preview photo and cost breakdown. I was also given a card with the associate’s name for any follow up questions. In summary, a great customer experience that was quick and clear!

Poor Digital Prints

Maybe this company is good at framing, but they can’t send me a quality digital print to save their lives. They blame my computer screen, but I have had no other issues between my screen and prints either from my own printer and other companies. They send very dark prints and claim screen photos are 70% brighter. When asked to correct, they sent me another image that was only mildly brighter. Photographers should avoid any digital print services through framebridge.

DISAPPOINTMENT, DELAY AND FRUSTRATION

I took a canvas into the Greenwich Village location on a Friday morning to be outfitted with a floater frame and by the following Wednesday, I received an email, that my canvas was "skewed/bowed" and work could not be completed unless I opt for a frame change or "un-stretch and re-stretch" the artwork. My artwork was not skewed or bowed!
My reply was of disbelief and I asked to have the canvas returned immediately as I needed it for an upcoming exhibition. I was told it would be returned "ASAP" and a refund was issued.
The return was anything but "ASAP"; after multiple calls to the store and email follow ups with customer service reps, telling me my artwork is on it's way, my canvas was returned from their New Jersey factory location, to the Bank Street store, an entire week later.
And to top it off, the painting was returned to me without it's original back wiring.

DO NOT TRUST

DO NOT TRUST

They lost my package and are offering me some sort of BS investigation with UPS and asking me to wait 10 days as though that will do anything. I should have just paid more $$ and gone with someone in person.
