First and last time using this company
*Just an update - this company never bothered to take responsibility or help me BUT when to trust pilot saying my review was fake - don’t worry fragrance cosmetic perfumes, I sent them my order confirmation and other proof my experience is real. Maybe if you spent the time replying to, and assisting customers, instead of trying to remove honest review, you’d get better reviews??*
I wish I’d read some of these reviews before ordering with this company, seems a lot of people have similar experiences.
My item was meant to arrive on or before 25th January. It’s now the 29th January and I have received nothing and heard nothing.
I have tried contacting this company, not even receiving an automated reply in response. I contact the courier service, who never received an item for me from this company and I am now £74.99 short and have exhausted all possible ways of trying to contact this company. I don’t know how companies like this get away with operating. I am hoping in posting publicly, I might get a response from them?
