They did not value be as a customer.
They did not resolve my issue. I did not like how they handle it in terms of how they compensated me. Return a product that was already sold out wasn’t an option. And they didn’t give me enough store credit to feel they valued me as a customer. I’m have learned my lesson not to purchase any fragrance that I will be giving to someone as a gift.
