Horrible Customer Service
I made 2 orders back to back. They charged me for shipping twice. I emailed them regarding this matter. They told me they will refund the second shipping fee because all 3 perfumes came together in one box. They have not refunded my money to this date.

As always, my purchase went off without a hitch. I find it easy to place an order. The prices are very good. My order arrived in about a week. The fragrances were authentic.
The protective materials inside the box have improved over the last couple of shipments, but there is still room for improvement.

Completely disappointed
Completely disappointed. I received my perfume completely damaged. The bottle was totally bent, but the worst part is that the box it was shipped in was in perfect condition, which means they must have sent the perfume already damaged.
They never answered my calls or emails and completely disappeared.
Do not trust these guys. Scammers.

Broken bottle - No reply
I ordered several fragrances from FragranceBuy and unfortunately received one package with a broken bottle. Since I always purchase their shipping insurance, I promptly contacted customer service and included photos of the damage. After receiving no response, I followed up a few days later, but still haven't heard back. The lack of communication and support was very disappointing, especially after paying for the additional insurance coverage.
