I recently acquired a u turn garden slide for my granddaughter. The slide had some damaged and missing fixings. I contacted Simba-Smoby customer service who pointed me to their manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer in France giving them part numbers of the fixings I needed. The manufacturer posted the requested fixings without any questions and free of any cost. Brilliant customer service. I would recommend well made Smoby products and their after care. Thank you so much.

Some time ago I bought a Smoby playhouse for our grandchildren. In a high wind while putting it away it twisted and broke one of the end panels. I tried (without any success) to repair the item so in desperation, I searched the net to try to get some help on spares.

I came across the site fr.smoby.com and filled in the customer contact form explaining my problem without much hope.

To my surprise and joy the next day I got a mail directing me to exactly the page I needed to order a spare part and detailed instructions on how to effect shipping to the UK.

I had to order it to be delivered to my address but saying I was in Germany as UK is not yet an option. Then email a person (email address supplied) with the order number and they would change it manually.

The part is now in transit (with a little help from Google translate).
