Do NOT trust FPTSPORTZ — I never received my order

I placed an order with FPTSPORTZ on May 2nd for a Barça x Travis Scott 24/25 kit. They sent me a tracking number on May 15th, but it’s now May 27th and UPS still says they haven’t even received the package.

Despite multiple emails, the seller refuses to refund me or help at all. My bank also wouldn’t help because the charge technically went through, even though the item was never shipped.

I filed a complaint with Shopify, and I’m warning others to be careful. This site might be a scam, or at least very unreliable. Be careful if you’re thinking of buying from them — especially if you found them through TikTok or Instagram.

Update
After I publicly posted my complaint about FPTSPORTZ not shipping my order and refusing to refund me, they blocked me on Instagram instead of helping.

This proves they’re not a trustworthy company. A real business doesn’t silence customers — they solve problems.

Please be careful if you’re thinking about buying from them. I’ve also reported them to Shopify.
