They give every excuses to not pay for…

They give every excuses to not pay for your loss! They literally never care about your claims! Once I had a device stolen and I made a claim they told me "oh, you had insurance for leisure stuff, but this is an electronic leisure thing so you have to have insurance for portable devices!" and they canceled my claim. Later I got the insurance for the portable device and my device fell into the water during a trip. Then I made another claim, and they said "oh sorry, we cannot do anything about it, when you take your device on the water, it is "predictable" that it might fall in the water!" So every time, the same story! I regret having a contract with them and will end it soon.
