I have been playing on foxygold casino for a long time. However, about 3-4 months ago i put more money than I could afford into the site. Which is stupid. But anyways I told this to the support, and they ended up banning me (which is understandable). This ban resulted in all of my rewards, and my cashback to be unvalid. I have wrote to support, that my situation is better. They said they will look into it. My awaited cashback would have been a lot of money.

This was FOUR months ago. I havent heard anything. I've written to them a bunch of times. But still no update. So I have officially given up. They dont care about the customers AT ALL. It would have been fine if they would just give me an update or say "Youre not welcome back" or ANYTHING. But they dont say shit.

I requested a $9,000 withdrawal from FoxyGold Casino on September 13 2025, and immediately after submitting it, my account was closed with no access. Since then, I have only received repeated copy-paste replies saying my case is with a “dedicated team” and there is a “technical issue.”

This makes no sense. If there were real technical problems, other players would also be complaining. Instead, my case seems to be the only one facing such a delay.
• No concrete explanation provided.
• No timeline given.
• Only vague stalling messages like “please be patient.”

I have escalated my case to the Anjouan Gaming Authority and also filed a complaint with Casino Guru. Both now have full documentation of my communications with FoxyGold.

At this point, this looks like deliberate withholding of funds, not a technical error. If FoxyGold wishes to prove otherwise, they should release my withdrawal immediately.

first of i want to say that foxygold is a great casino! they have a very nice variation of games. But i do want to advice people to READ section 8.1, in this section it is made clear that newer accounts are only able to withdraw up to 5k wins. I think a lot of the reviews here dont take this point in consideration. I also want to point out that foxygold clearly states that bonus wins are capped at a max of 2k. If you take these rules in consideration you will found out that foxygold is a great casino! i want to point out their great customer support and in particular i want to thank famke for her great service!

I'm honestly upset. Two support reps told me my withdrawal was being processed. The, out of nowhere, my account was blocked and now you're saying I won't get the money I fairly won. That's not just wrong, it's theft. I need someone to explain why this happened. I expect my funds released, this isn 't how you treat people.

I've had investments go south before. So when I say I'm sticking with FIFTH & heaven, it's because they've proven themselves. They don't play with my money. I ask to withdraw, it shows up. That's rare these days.

Foxgold are just scammers!! I hitted the jackpot on the legacy of dead and instead of paying me out 5000x, they paid me 500x. And when i complain about it, they say that they did paid me the right amount. No way that i am getting the rest of my money back. So for all the new and current players... dont play foxgold!!
