Bad quality photo prints

Ordered 3x4 photo prints, came out grainy and blurry, although my photos were of a great quality, some from dslr camera. Rude service as well.

Thank you for your response.

After reviewing your order, we found that while many of your photos were taken with iPhone 13 while several others were taken with a 12-year-old Sony digital camera for the beginners.

The primary issue with the quality of the prints is the original photography. In the blurry and dark photos, the light source is positioned behind the subject, which is the opposite of how it should be for a clear shot.
The graininess and pixelation you are seeing are a result of the original file quality and lighting conditions rather than the printing process itself.
