The guys there go above and beyond was on the phone for twenty minutes finding me parts and paint for my 96 vn classic even though there not made anymore, found the lot for me. Big thanks to Phil.

This is a place that understands the bikers brain. I needed some pretty obscure Yam parts. Suffice it to say, they were important to me. They weren't expensive. No one's going to feed their family on what I spent, but Craig at Fowlers knows the score. He was a great help and my bikes back together and ready for some sun. Items delivered rapido. Fowlers will be my first stop for help next time. Brilliant service.

Using Fowlers for parts for my Sprint ST. The parts images are great and help get the right part. Alternative part numbers would be good. There was one part out of stock but the alternative for the tiger was in stock and cheaper. Found that out on google. Delivery very quick to north of Scotland.

I'm not impressed with the lack of customer care😡
I bought a speedo adjustment tool off these people but when the part arrived it was missing a tiny screw that was essential for the component to work --- I have attempted several times to email them & a couple of phone calls -- but I got no response at all & now I'm left with an overpriced plastic stick that has no use??
I've recently sent them another final email 🤞🤞 hoping they get in touch - but so far no response!?!?!
I'm hoping that this negative feedback grabs their attention 🫤 as it does with so many other brands who care about what their customers have to say about their lack of after - sales - customer - care 🥺& professionalism!

Ordered parts on Tuesday morning and they arrived on Wednesday, also very reasonable post and packing unlike some other suppliers.
Definitely five star service

Fowler's are my first port of call for specialist O.E. parts. They carry a lot of stock and can usually get what they don't have quickly. Very reliable.

Send me wrong item, I have to pay for return and I will to buy again and pay post again, useless company.

Ordered two brand new "Yamaha" emblems to go on the side of the fuel tank and a replacement reset plastic knob for my XT 350 trip meter that has recently broke, on Monday 10th September.
My purchases from Fowlers Parts on ebay just arrived today on Friday 15th September via DPD.
Arrived still sealed with the genuine Yamaha parts and accessories sticker on it.
Very pleased with my purchase.

Literally been conned with the delivery options don’t make the same mistake I did regardless of what type you purchase it’s not that they use royal mail very disappointed by this won’t use Fowlers again

Unlike my experience when purchasing a new bike from Fowlers, my experience when buying parts from Fowlers has been very positive. Great service, reliable and quick. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. My only negative is when they use Royal Mail, as they're awful. I make sure I order over £50 as I understand Fowlers then use DPD.

Fantastic service and delivery once again. Local Yamaha dealer quoted 5 to 8 weeks from Japan but Fowlers was in stock and delivered next day.

Russell is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and will tell everyone to use him when they need parts.

I always use Fowlers to get my motorcycle spares, and the process is straightforward and easy. Never had a problem so far!
