We had very specific criteria for our new mortgage and Travis worked hard to find exactly what we were looking for at the best rate. Communication is excellent. Someone is ALWAYS there to answer the phone, which is a rarity nowadays. And if Travis (or Leah) said they would phone me back at a certain time, they did. Due to our chain collapsing, our mortgage offer expired. Travis and Leah immediately picked it back up for us and sorted everything out. I would definitely recommend them.

I got mortgauge from Fowler Smith in Colchester. it was very supportive team and flexible to give best to interest rates. many times proactively informed about rate changes and provided revised mortgage letter almost 6 times. This helped me to get a best deal before the contract exchange. I got my house 9 months back but still my interest rates are unbeatable. Thought of sharing my feedback. The anxiety with the current interest rates on the market ,meant that i had to rely on the expertise of a professional to sieve through the piles to get me a better rate. Fowler smith was the business. Leah made sure all paperwork was done and with a remortgage rate of 3.16 I couldnt ask for a bettee rate as non could beat that for me. So in all i was pleased as my monthly repayment went up by only a few pounds . Well done and keep it up.

The most diligent mortgage brokers I have ever worked with, I have brought a fair few properties in my time and these guys go over and above, leaving no stone unturned.
I was dealing with Jonathan and not only is he pleasant to work with but is also very knowledgable which is very reassuring.
His team are super responsive and kept me updated at all times.
They even managed to get me onto a better rate for no extra charge.
