The company is good at what they do.
We started our journey with a particular lender which dragged on and on to say the least, until they didnt give us the news we wanted. I felt at that time that our only option was to pull out of the offer, but somehow Michael managed to pull a miracle from our current lender and hooray we got the loan approved!

Thanks to Fourcolums Mortgages & Finance Limited for making me realize my dream of having my own house . My bank seeing my cash balance and monthly inflow invited me to apply for a housing loan. This I did but they refuse to grant my request stating that my working contract can not guarantte that i can afford to repay the loan. However when i conctacted Fourcolums they not only search for other banks and mortgage institutions but gave me professional advise but guided me in securing a bank that approved my loan request.
