Is this company no longer in operation. Have been trying to contact them for weeks now!

If there is one thing I cannot stand, it is correspondence just being ignored. How does a company even function when their customer base is just chinned off?

I purchased two items from Fountasia, one of the items I no longer need and want to return but no one has come back to me to advise how I make the return.

I've been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks and just been ignored.

Much like another reviewer, I purchased a Christmas light up vase at Ideal Home Christmas exhibition this week. Needless to say it doesn’t work as it’s probably from a batch of sub standard goods from China. They probably use these venues as a way of making a lot of money very quickly. Also needless to say, no response to my email and no phone number. So glad I paid by card rather than cash as no receipt was given but at least I have proof of purchase.

I received outstanding customer service from this company . Jake went out of his way to help with my order and answer all my questions.

This company don’t reply when there’s an issue with the product. Have to go through PayPal for a refund.

I discovered Fountasia about 2 weeks ago. I have just made my 3rd order. They are beautifully made and my grandchildren love my magic fairy garden!! 😊

Ordered several items, all arrived well packed and quickly.
Very pleased, easy to order, plenty of variety etc

I bought a couple of items from this company at The Ideal Home Show in Olympia London Dec ‘19, they gave me the wrong item, it’s been 3 weeks numerous calls and emails and no one has had the courtesy to reply. Hence I can’t use my item for Christmas - a waste of money. It wasn’t expensive but it’s a matter of principal, please treat your customers nicely even after you have taken their money!
