Helpful advice before purchase
I received very helpful advice before purchase from James. I have dropped one star due to the week long delay between ordering and delivery. It would have been much better to know the delivery date when ordering.

Water Softener
I phoned Fountain Softeners to order a water softener, they answered all my questions and made ordering it very easy. I received it with in 48 hours. I was told if I had any problems fitting it to just give them a call so they could assist. Instructions very easy to understand. I am really pleased with it.

I did tell you that I am disabled and would appreciate a bit of help, but I can understand if the driver is not allowed to help. What made me angry is the fact the driver didn't even ring the bell, and left it on the ground outside my front door and the fact that the driver just left it. To me that is very unprofessional

We do not actually deliver the orders ourselves and use the courier company DPD. Unfortunately their actions during delivery are out of our control but we will pass your feedback on to them.

Excellent customer service
Ordered a water softener with the installation kit and free salt blocks. It turns out only 1 of 2 parcels were delivered at the initial shipment. After speaking to customer service, who investigated further of the situation, agreed to a new shipment containing the missing parts were delivered. Overall very happy with the service and the water softener is working well for our family.
