Is it worth it?
I'm not sure the benefits are worth the cost. Most of the rewards are for people who travel frequently and for people who spend a lot more money than me when they travel.

Instant Upgrades!
I was able to use the Hilton Gold Status upgrade right off the bat on my next stay. Got a free upgrade and breakfast for the stay that comes with the status.
The best perk for me is United Silver status. You will have to earn your way there but it’s much easier than the regular requirement.

I was offered 'free' membership by…
I was offered 12-months membership by LinkedIn. It's completely misleading and no different to the free membership as far as I can tell. None of the benefits that are worth anything to me are available without paying hundreds of dollars to upgrade (having been misled already I'm not giving them any money!). Plus, in the UK the benefits are limited anyway and no better than I can get elsewhere as far as I can see.
According to FoundersCard AI the LinkedIn Premium offer is for a free limited 'trial', not something made clear on the LI website.

To clarify, the LinkedIn Premium offer provides an elevated complimentary trial membership with access to more benefits than a standard trial. While some premium benefits require a paid upgrade—clearly noted on the invite page as “some benefits only available with paid plan”—many partners are fully accessible during the trial (over half of our 500+ benefits). While there are some benefits limited by location, most are redeemable online or for online services, so they would be available to you. We’re also continually working to expand and enhance our international offerings, and feedback like yours helps guide those improvements. We’re happy to be a resource if you have any questions.

I have used my FoundersCard to save $200 on Blade which is a helicopter uber like service from JFK to Manhattan. I also helped a co worker save $960 on his laptop using the business discounts. Still looking at other benefits to explore
