I joined Founder OS as a founder of two companies. I’m leaving as a founder of three — my personal brand, my innovation studio, and my tech company. My personal brand was the missing piece. That clarity came as a result of being in this program, and now I understand exactly how to build all three.
It feels like I’m carrying triplets. But now I know how to do it safely without burning myself out.

The biggest win for me was being able to better structure and articulate my offers. That was the game changer. The curriculum is thoughtfully organized so you can find what you need for where you are. Every session I attended felt like a game changer — the instructors are very knowledgeable and their experience was exactly what I needed. I wish I had been able to attend more. I know the program did their best to offer sessions at different times, but I often just wasn’t available.

I love the emphasis on organic, content-driven sales — really about adding value and building connection with people through storytelling and your personal brand. I’ve been in other programs with heavy emphases on ads, lead generation, and gimmicky sales tactics. Founder OS is very human-first, and that alignment matters when you’re building a business rooted in purpose.

Matt himself is deeply inspiring — not just as a strategist, but as a person. When he came back from an artist retreat and started drawing and writing out his notes, something unlocked for me. The more I allow myself to experience joy, play, rest, and flow — the more I build a business that supports my natural rhythm rather than forcing myself into one that doesn’t work for me — that’s when I really start to flourish. Matt has proven that’s possible. I’m even inspired by the fact that he works with his sister. I’m now in a position where ways are aligning for me to bring my own family into building this dream.

Matt’s reading list alone is a game changer. In one of his monthly sessions he mentioned The Obstacle Is the Way. I started reading it last month after some serious obstacles landed in my path, and it changed my perspective so profoundly that I’ve recommended it to nearly everyone I know. I wish I’d had it when I started my journey.

The check-ins with Yelena were thoughtful and personalized. Daniel was honest and never pressured me when I decided not to renew — that integrity tells you a lot about the culture here. ARIA, the AI tool, was very, very helpful and I found myself returning to it often.

A couple of honest pieces of feedback: I am building multiple companies simultaneously, not one by one. I actually put this question to the group — how do you build a strategic plan when you have multiple companies? Do you do one for all, or one for each? A lot of people engaged with the question, but I don’t think I ever got a real answer. Matt himself is an example of someone running multiple companies, and I wish I’d gotten more support around that specific challenge.
The 90-day content challenge I started twice and didn’t finish — not because I wasn’t getting results, but actually because as soon as I started getting results, I could see exactly where my systems were broken: my content waterfall, my sales process, my follow-up systems. It became a way for me to see the gaps and focus on what I needed to build so I could actually execute on the opportunities coming to me.

There will be massive layoffs coming from AI replacing people’s jobs, but I also think there will be a massive unlock in the creative economy. What Matt is teaching — how to build systems so that you can output many ideas and many companies in a way that does not break you — I honestly think that is the future of work. People being able to build and scale their ideas into companies and build teams around them. That’s where we’re headed, and this program is preparing founders for exactly that.

I’m not renewing because I got what I came for and I want to focus on executing now. I have a path forward. I know how to get unstuck. I’ve also made the decision to transition to being a full-time digital nomad — to travel, see more of the world, and go to the places that inspire me. This is a lifestyle I’ve always aspired to, but I always felt like I needed to arrive first before I could do it. Now I feel confident that I can build and live a full life at the same time. That’s because I feel confident that I am building, and will continue to build, the systems that allow my businesses to evolve and allow me to breathe.

What I got more than anything was validation that it is possible to build what I’m building in alignment with my soul and spiritual evolution. To think outside the box, be creative, build systems, and use AI in ways that are genuinely out of this world.

I’ve been in other masterminds, accelerators, business coaching, etc. I got the most out of this one. I would recommend it to any founder.

Comunity and a strong presence for each and everyone. If you were going to use it to expand your Buisness or learn the inside of social media, and learn how to connect with your customers in the best possible way, this is the absolut the most inspiering and skillful place to be. My experience with Matt Grey and his entire Founder OS team has been amazing — from the beginning. Matt and his company Founder OS are absolutely top ten in the world, and will be top three by 2027/2028.

I highly recommend.

I joined Founder OS over a year ago. I run a coaching business. I had paying clients and a service that worked, but I was hustling through everything with no real structure. I had never created content before. I always wanted to, but I did not know where to start. I was the bottleneck in everything and didn't even realize it.

The biggest value has not been any single tactic or framework. It has been the identity shift. Over the past year, I have slowly moved from someone who treated more effort as the answer to everything to someone who approaches business more systematically. I have more confidence and clarity in what I am building, and I can actually see a future for this business beyond just me delivering sessions.

The coaching is where most of that happened. I would come to calls thinking I had one problem, and the coaches would help me see the real bottleneck underneath it. That alone saved a huge amount of time and wasted energy. They also pointed out blind spots that saved me money in the long run, especially things I might have spent on services or advice I did not actually need. They remember your context, challenge weak thinking directly, and approach your problems holistically, not just at the level of strategy. They push on mindset and execution when that is the real issue.

The community has been more useful than I expected. Everyone is building something different, so people bring different strengths and weaknesses to the calls. Hearing how other founders think through their problems gave me perspectives I would not have found on my own.

You can also feel a high level of thought behind the program itself, especially in the standards, the feedback, and how everything is structured.

My service is better structured now, my clients get a better experience, and I feel much clearer running the business. Before Founder OS, none of that was in place.

There is going to be a learning curve either way, but on top of teaching you how to think about content as a business tool, I wish there was more support on how to think like a content creator when you are starting from zero.

I think Founder OS is valuable both for founders who already have a real business and want to turn scattered effort into clearer systems, sharper thinking, a real content engine, and a path to scale beyond themselves, and for people starting from zero who need frameworks for building a service, shaping an offer, and just getting started.

For me personally, the biggest value came from becoming more systematic as a founder. I wish I had started earlier. It would have saved me time, money, energy, and confusion. This was my first time building with coaches and a community of like-minded founders, and now I would not want to build without that kind of feedback and community again.

I'll be honest, I had a rocky start with Founder OS. I was applying the framework to a business that was failing, and my mindset wasn't where it needed to be.

But after completing the Ikigai exercise and identifying my zone of genius, I launched a new coaching business. I came back to the material with a completely different level of commitment, and everything clicked.

The results have been real. Viral content, new coaching clients, and a brand gathering serious momentum.

Founder OS is a genuinely end-to-end system, and the support from the team is outstanding, not to mention the community of founders who are all backing each other to think bigger.

I came for the systems, but the biggest shift was in my own mindset and what I now believe is possible. Surrounding yourself with high-growth individuals has an outsized return that's hard to put a number on.

Jelena and Zacharias in particular have been huge parts of my journey. Jelena's hands-on support, genuine enthusiasm, technical knowledge, and warmth make it feel like she is truly in your corner. Zacharias brought that same energy to sales, helping me get confident and sharp on calls and actually start closing.

Founder OS is not a silver bullet. They won't do the work for you.

But if you bring the right mindset and a willingness to put the work in, be prepared for it to push your business further than you thought possible.

I've invested a lot of money in a wide range of personal growth and development containers over the years, so I know through and through by now that you always "get what you put into it". It should come as no surprise to anyone joining FounderOS that the real work won't (and, frankly, can't) be done for you. If you're ready for that level of self-responsibility, what I can tell you is you'll find a passionate team of creators beside the vision of Matt Gray who are here to truly support you in your journey of incubating, growing, launching, and scaling your own vision. I could write ad nauseam about the personalized feedback, the live sessions, the stacked library of course content, the community friendships, and the enlivening in-person Bali retreat. Above all, the thing that'll ring in my memory for the rest of my life about FounderOS is the permission I found within myself to stop playing small and embrace true greatness during my time in this community.
