If I Could Give Negative Stars, I Would
We financed a water softener system through Foundation Finance in 2016 when we purchased our home. Despite consistently paying more than required monthly payments, we're still paying off this system nearly a decade later. To put this in perspective, we have fully paid off two vehicles in less time, each costing us three times as much as the water softener. Something simply does not add up.
Every attempt to request a detailed payment history or account statement has been met with stonewalling and circular responses. Our inquiries are ignored, denied, or redirected in an endless loop. It feels intentionally evasive, like they have something to hide.
This company operates in a way that raises serious red flags. Their lack of transparency and refusal to provide basic financial documentation is deeply troubling. For your own financial well-being, avoid Foundation Finance at all costs.
