No Insurance & Unprofessional

This merchant does not insure shipments, and puts a lot of risk behind "store policies". Most importantly, you should know, THEY DO NOT INSURE SHIPMENTS.

When I emailed them to add shipping insurance, explain my concerns, and to make specific packaging requests (requesting photos during packaging), they refused saying "Unfortunately we cannot accommodate your requests. A full refund has been issued." and canceled my order without any prior notice or exchange.

Avoid this very sketchy fossil merchant. Even if they are selling legitimate items, they are unprofessional and do not want to own any responsibility. Be careful, and get insurance! Don't be ripped off by their bad defaults, unscrupulous store policies, and evident general lack of concern regarding packaging/shipping.
