Do NOT order from this shop!!

Do NOT order from this shop!!! I ordered a candle for a baptism from this shop via Etsy. Once the delivery date got closer I contacted the seller via two different options on Etsy to understand if it had shipped. No reply, followed up, no reply. Called and emailed their contact on their website and still no answer. Then suddenly they cancelled and refunded claiming it arrived back to them damaged. As I didn’t trust this I contacted the carrier company with the tracking number and they said they never even got the package. Delays can happen but lack of communication and lying on top, that’s unacceptable
