Before dispatch they sent warehouse photos showing labels, packaging and pallet condition. Small thing, but useful for checking everything before shipment.

They’re obviously not a giant logistics corporation, but for smaller Amazon sellers that actually felt more practical. Communication was direct and easier to manage.

During one busy shipping period they warned us early that customs and port congestion could slow things down. I preferred that approach much more than companies that promise unrealistic delivery dates and disappear later.

One thing I liked was that they explained the customs process in simple terms instead of sending confusing logistics jargon all the time.

Our shipment arrived a little later than the original estimate, but it was during a busy season when ports were overloaded everywhere anyway. What mattered more was that the manager kept updating us instead of disappearing for a week like some forwarders do.

We had products from multiple suppliers in China and didn’t want separate Amazon deliveries. ForwarderOne combined everything into one shipment which simplified the process and reduced costs a bit.

Their team helped correct carton labels before shipment and probably saved me from Amazon receiving issues.

They seem much more focused on Amazon FBA shipments specifically rather than trying to handle every possible logistics direction at once. That helped because the team already understood common FBA prep and warehouse requirements.

The shipment arrived without damaged cartons or destroyed labels, which already put them ahead of some previous forwarding experiences we had before.

I used them for a smaller trial shipment first before moving bigger inventory. Delivery timing ended up pretty close to what they estimated.

I’ve had situations before where freight companies became difficult to contact after receiving payment. Here the manager at least stayed responsive throughout the shipment process and continued answering questions until delivery was completed.

One supplier entered incorrect carton dimensions and Amazon probably would have rejected part of the shipment. ForwarderOne noticed it before dispatch and helped fix the documentation in time.

Prices were lower compared to some larger freight companies I checked before. Especially for sea shipping.

We started with air freight because we needed inventory at Amazon quickly. Later switched some shipments to sea freight through them to lower costs once sales stabilized.

When the inventory reached the warehouse, the cartons and labels were in good condition. No crushed boxes or obvious handling damage which was nice to see.

We mainly used ForwarderOne for routine inventory restocking to Amazon FBA. Nothing overly complicated, but the process ended up being easier and less stressful than some previous forwarding experiences we had before.

I like that they focused on getting the shipment moving instead of constantly pushing extra paid services we didn’t really need.

They took possession my Amazon stuff 3.5 months ago. I missed the Christmas rush and now no one is contacting me back. At this point I consider my product as missing/stolen by these crooks. They used to be okay but now, I just want my product and my money back for paying for expedited ocean. If they ever contact me back that is. Anyone have a phone number for them? All I can find is an email that they haven’t responded to in over 2 weeks.

Update: Been 5 months. Still getting the run around. All lies. No transparency. They said they would open a claim but they haven’t. Barely any communication. Don’t trust them with your items. This has crippled our small Amazon store.

Update again: (7 months) They acknowledged they had customs issues, said they would replace product and have it shipped…and then now silence again. I don’t get it, it’s like they almost want to do the right thing and then change their mind. They also want the bad review I do to come off. I guarantee anyone reading that if this review is still up and no resolution is posted, then that will only mean that they (after 7 months now) have not delivered nor refunded any product, the shipping, and I haven’t even asked or required them to remedy the sales lost from their unethical and unprofessional way of doing business. Again, avoid them at all costs! I am attaching photos of our conversation timeline, their silence over the past two weeks after agreeing to replace product and what their deceit and silence has done to our small Amazon business. We are just now able to start to try to recover from this, but it will take months to get our reputation and standing back with Amazon. This whole ordeal crippled our business for what looks to be a year when everything is said and done, with no remedy from them. Don’t let them cripple yours!

I'm really impressed, my products were delivered to the FBA centers I needed them to go to. I thought there'd be a problem with the labels if I'm being honest but they sailed straight through.

I'll use them again next time I'm brining stock in from China.

They lost my product they said they will reimburs it, the shipment and the product that was lost. they asked me for the invoices and I sent them right away. And that was the last time I heard from them. I have try to reach them but with no luck. is been 2 month since the last comunication.
