Staff were rude, completely disregarded my questions and then had the cheek to CANCEL my services when I complained. Ridiculous.
EDIT: Although I am still disappointed with the service I was given previously the CEO, Toni, did fix my issues and remove abusive staff members from the team.
Even though I've have many problems with this hosting company i'm going to give it a 5 star review for their great VPS Server's. In the summer they haven't had very many support online, but that's OK! I've had a minecraft server with them that recently went down because of the host, but they gave me a month free vps and i've trusted/liked them since then. When I had my MC server every support question I had was answered within 5 hours.This host is very cheap other than any other host i've been with! Also, Fortresshost. This is a message for you!
BRING MINECRAFT SERVERS BACK!
After approx. 2 days my server went down and they said that they would get them up. This was close to a week ago. I've lost my files and my money. They currently can't give me my files at a reasonable time and can only provide account credit. If you want reliability, I do not recommend Fortress.
EDIT #1: I now have access to my VPSs and I am now downloading my data. They said they would give me an approx. 3/4 refund, still waiting on that.
EDIT #2: I have received a partial refund of $20 out of $32 ($32 being the total and $20 being the amount agreed upon for a refund)
Fortress.Host is the best host for Minecraft, VPS, and Web Hosting. They have 24/7 support which helps you with any of your needs. They're super cheap, which is great for especially for the amount of ram, slots, and unlimited SSD space. A great feature is that they use Pterodactyl Panel which is easier and nicer to navigate than multicraft. I've gotten 20 tps and 100% uptime with them. Definitely the best service to host with!
The best most SIMPLEST host ever! Prices are good, the staff are helpful! I mean 4.50 USD for 4 GB is a nice price.

I really like MrSoloHd I love how they communicate with one another I love how they announce well when there is downtime etc. Overall I would really recommend this to anyone who is looking to make a very cheap server

I have seen it growen ever since day one and my expericers with this host that i have been working with is 10 out of 10 they don't overload me with Infomation and they treat me well. and they always support me and anyone with support there Avarge Responsise time is great 10 minutes at tops. i would recommand them
