Fast service, quick and easy to organise and I like that they give you the option to pay for a nurse/phlebotomist to draw the blood. This is an efficient and accommodating service and the blood pack coming through the letter box is the best thing so there is no complicated delivery. Thank you!

I’ve used a couple of other brands in the past but chose Forth because it allowed me to test the biomarkers that I wanted, rather than force me into bundles. When it came to taking the blood sample, I messed it up (entirely my own fault). Ordering a replacement vile was easy via the customer services email who responded very quickly.

Posted my test on Thursday and received my results on Saturday. Extremely helpful and I will definitely use them again.

Whilst Forth tests are cheaper than others, i feel that maybe i should have spent just that little more and received a better service overall.

1, received subscription test kit and sent back completed the same day( mon)
2 had a message tue or wed to say it had been received and was in processing
3 thur/fri no test results
4 tried to contact customer support , their response by messenger is so slow its a joke
5 mon no test results

If im honest for such a high profile company not having live communication is a corner cutting method of just delaying. Dealing with complaints isnt difficult. listen , respond and do something !

im extremely disappointed in my service, forth communication and to be honest i will be cancelling my subscription as it just isnt worth it.

Tests seems unreliable

Received my results from new Advanced Cholesterol test which is quick and easy to do at home. Results, (of a more detailed and more frequent testing than I get from NHS) returned within 2 days with a very helpful interpretation of the collective numbers by the company doctor. It reassures me that it has been worthwhile making lifestyle changes over the recent months and years

I have used Forth a few times and I am very happy with their service. The build your own blood test is such a great option to have available. Blood tests generally have all the charges built in so if you have multiple tests you are unnecessarily paying for the same thing over and over, it's so annoying and really bumps up the cost. Having the option to pay it once and then just for what you need is so good. Forth deserve 5 stars just for that.

I hope in the future they seperate the tests via method of collection, this would allow those choosing venus draw a much much larger choice of tests.

The value for money is really great, the test is easy to test and the results come through fast.

Having a fantastic experience so far with Forth. I started with a male hormone blood test in 2024 and am now using the service to track more specifics in my life currently. The doctor’s notes are always informative and kind, and the customer service is truly spectacular. Cassidy and the team answered all questions I had in full, and have made the process very enjoyable so far.
