Tried to contact forthglade by phone. Never picked up. Only contact is by a standard form which generates an auto reply. Not good!

What is going on with Forthglades customer services????
It’s non existent
I called all the numbers on Forthglades website and various search engines. I even was in a queue for over 30 minutes. Same result my call was hung up.
I tried the web forms none submitted I got no acknowledgment email.
I tried email and again no acknowledgment.
I was trying to cancel an order 2001101832 And Forthglades did not respond so now a huge bag of dog food will go to an address that I am not at.
I have cancelled future business as I can’t be dealing with a company who cannot even answer phone call.
This might not be important to you but I am sure I am not the only customer you lost yesterday.

Excellent service but next day delivery advertised but in fact it took 3 days. Not really a problem but…..
Still finding the plastic film difficult to remove easily have mentioned this countless times but………..
