Excellent communication and service from the start

Great product. Superior quality. What’s not to like.

A few weeks ago, I purchased the FORTE TRVL brushed aluminium cabin case. Rather than leaving a review immediately, I wanted to properly test it in real-world conditions first. Since buying it, the case has been with me on several trips including Krakow, Porto, Faro, and London—and it’s fair to say it’s been thoroughly put through its paces.

I’ve used the case across planes, trains, and Ubers without a single issue. So far, I’ve flown with both easyJet and Ryanair, and I haven’t once been asked to check the size or had any concerns at the gate.

The case is exceptionally smooth to travel with and performs well across a variety of surfaces. From the cobbled streets of the Algarve to the constant transitions between carpet and hard flooring in airports, it rolls effortlessly and feels very stable.

I pair the case with Antler packing cubes, which fit perfectly. Despite its compact cabin size, it comfortably holds enough for a 4–5 day trip: two pairs of chinos, three shirts, three T-shirts, two quarter-zip tops, underwear, a wash bag, and even gym clothing. The internal layout is well thought out and makes packing surprisingly efficient.

Not only is the case extremely stylish, but it genuinely feels luxurious to use. It actually makes travelling more enjoyable—I find myself excited to use it and taking real pride in travelling with it. Initially, I was hesitant about spending this amount of money on a brand I hadn’t heard of before. However, after speaking with the team and reading a number of reviews, I decided to take the risk—and I don’t regret it for a second. I can honestly see the team at FORTE becoming a major player in the luggage industry.

Delivery was fast, and the FORTE TRVL team communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They were also extremely responsive and helpful when I reached out with questions via Instagram.

When the case first arrived, I initially struggled to set the lock code—this turned out to be user error on my part. The team patiently talked me through the process over Instagram, and I later realised the instructions were clearly explained on their website as well.

I don’t often leave reviews, but on this occasion, I genuinely felt FORTE TRVL deserved one. The build quality, practicality, and customer service have exceeded my expectations, and after multiple trips the case still looks great and performs exactly as you’d want from a premium cabin suitcase. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend FORTE TRVL to anyone looking for a reliable, well-designed, and premium carry-on

Be great to have accessories for the inside too

I’ve had my eye on this luggage since last year, when my son bought the brushed silver cabin case. It looked fantastic and was far better quality than another brand we bought at the same time for comparison.

Recently, I decided to purchase the full set—helped along by a great discount and the fact that the wheels (a potential weak point) are now replaceable. I’m delighted! I never thought I’d be so proud of a set of luggage.

It packs beautifully and glides effortlessly along walkways. It’s also noticeably lighter than other aluminium cases I’ve tried. Having now flown with the set, I can say the inevitable scuff marks only add to its character and appeal. Even taxi drivers have complimented them!

I have purchased 2 extra large cases a d 2 cabin cases and they are super strong. And very stylish

The product is very good, and I would have litlle hesitation in purchasing the product in future, However, the service I have had to date, as i needed to return the suitcases only because I mistakenly thought from the image, I was getting 2 x large suitcases and 1 x small suitcase. Since returning the 2 x suitcases I have had no correspondence from the company about the progress of my refund.
I have just received (i had not read an earlier email from them, my mistake) confirmation email of my full refund, so I’m saving judgement until then, as I was very happy with the quality of the product.

So very pleased with my purchase - wished I’d have bought the XL size! A very well made & smart piece of luggage, finally I can stop using my old Rimowa.

Excellent after sales too, I had a enquiry (not thinking….) about the locks, received a lovely personal & friendly reply that explained everything.

So coming from an engineering background and wanting something that’s a little bit different but worth every penny using exotic materials I cannot recommend this travel case enough it has suspension it is made of the best aluminium it is light. It is durable. It is well thought out an absolute credit to FORTE TRVL (ps it looks like you’ve just walked out of a James Bond scene at the airport )

I recently purchased an aluminium travel case; regrettably it developed a fault on one of the TSA locks. I notified Forte who arranged immediate collection and repair at no cost to me. The case was returned to me within a week completely fault free, everything working as it should and at zero cost to me. Fantastic customer service and full marks to Forte.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Harris kept me up to date with any delays and shipping information. The gunmetal, check-in, aluminium suitcase looks fantastic and the lifetime warranty gives me confidence in the quality of the product (although I have yet to use it).

The perfect carry-on luggage!

Went on a trip recently to Barcelona and decided to purchase the Brushed Silver Aluminium Cabin case, made the whole travel experience so much better as I didn't have to stress about if it was going to fit, and I also didn't have to worry about anyone stealing anything due to the locks on the case. A big bonus is that it also looks great!
