For no apparent reason, they stopped us from making a payment on vehicle registration fees. We had no idea who they even were.
CSG Forte Payments sure are good at stopping payments when you need to make them. Sure are good at not handling or fixing any issues surrounding payments too.
Our experience with Stax Payments and CSG Forte has been very disappointing. **** submitted an application to CSG Forte for ACH processing on our behalf without clear communication or consent, while simultaneously denying our company the ability to process credit card payments through them.We were later billed by ********* and had funds automatically withdrawn from our account for services we never used. I immediately notified my Stax representative after receiving the invoice, expecting the issue to be handled appropriately. Instead, Stax directed me to CSG Forte, who then referred me back to **************** pointing the finger at the ******** this point, weve paid for services we did not use, and neither company has taken responsibility or offered a clear resolution. The lack of transparency and accountability in how our account was set up and billed is unacceptable and, frankly, borders on poor business practices.I hope both companies take this feedback seriously and improve their communication, billing transparency, and customer support to prevent this from happening to others.
Forte's hidden fees, billing practices, and customer support are among the worst I have experienced in a long time. Be aware of their PCI non-compliance fee; it is a complete ripoff. It was so difficult to work with them that we had to cancel our account after one transaction.
