TR8 It's the second new TR8 I have got from Redwood global.
The first was an early edition and there were several annoying teething issues but this new machine is perfect from the start. Lets hope it continues in that vein.
Their service is friendly without being pushy and they gave me a cracking deal on my part Ex machine

Great performance and productive machine punching well above its size class, easy to use, easy to maintain.

Can't be so positive about the reliability unfortunately due to numerous issues experienced - failed ignition barrels x3, replacement relays,replacement bearings, snapped feed roller shaft, faulty flywheel speed sensor, inline fuel filter was fitted wrong way round at factory which caused running issues until it was identified......plus more.
Very good warranty and speedy back up from manufacturer so no complaints but this product requires it due to downtime and inconvenience it has caused the business.

Machine 18 months old with 330 hours on the clock and is very well maintained , cleaned and not abused.
Suffer heavy depreciation if you want to px against a new machine.

Forst machines are reliable and performance is outstanding, but what makes forst great is the support and backup when things do wrong.

Seriously impressed with the tr6p. It’s got good fuel economy. Chips like an animal and is by far the nicest looking standard chipper out there

Having been convinced by the Forst sales team their product was a cut above the rest we bought two new SP6. Since owning them (only six weeks) we have had not a week where we have had to call an engineer out to rectify a warranty fault. Whilst we are impressed with the Performance when they work, I am utterly disgusted with their reliability.
This consequently has caused us many problems with our reliability due to Forst , I would think long and hard about ever buying their product again.

We are delighted with Forst chippers we now run 3 of them, The build quality is excellent.

Great product, great support

Great deal and happy with the machine but was told someone would come out when the machine arrive to run through everything but haven’t even had a phone call to see if everything is ok.

Very pleased with the chippers we bought they were delayed due to problems which was a little frustrating. Also we didn't receive any spare blades for the machines which after spending as much as we had we thought that would be a given so as to not have too much down time when changing them over. Other than that very pleased with the service and productivity of the TR8.

Excellent woodchipper this is our third one and the ST8 is definitely a market leader at that size.
