Excellent service
We were recommended Forster Dean by our bank when applying for our first mortgage. Excellent service was provided and we are really happy with our case handler Jackie Farrow. We were always able to get in direct contact and call backs were followed up as expected. Despite the pressures/uncertainties the current pandemic has caused, the level of service provided was great and the process completed smoothly on our end.
NEVER AGAIN!!!
Used them to sell and purchase our new home, what a mistake and never again poor communication no updates on my purchase and sale i had to chase them for information nearly everyday they are a well known solicitor firm in my local town widnes but every time i rang them to enquire for updates there was only one person i could speak to so messages where left and i never received a callback for weeks on end basically i was told when i called she is "in a meeting with another client or on leave" answer machine etc.
Jackie Farrow who was dealing with my conveyancing was mostly very rude, abrupt and talked to me like i was stupid and made me feel like everything was my fault on the phone.
I did witness on one occasion while visiting her office she was being very disrespectful and intimidating to her colleagues which was very unprofessional.
To sum up overpriced poor communication terrible customer service and no confidence in her professionalism NEVER AGAIN/
IT HAD TAKEN US 6 MONTHS TO MOVE HOUSE WITH THIS SOLICITOR SAY NO MORE!!!
